Every time this POS does this to them, it just gets FUNNIER AND FUNNIER! The funniest thing is that you just KNOW it's going to happen again, but THEY don't.
WhatEVER gives them the idea that he'll appoint or the Senate will approve conservative justices????? The one who said Alito is too conservative? He's going to appoint conservative judges???? ROFL! Yeah, SUUUUUUUUUUUUUUURE he is!
I have the happy chore in this election to vote my conscious now because the choices are so horrible.
I vote NONE OF THE ABOVE!!

"Not this time. The GOP.." Why rail against an essentially abstract enemy? The problem isn't the GOP, per se, the problem is the millions people who support McCain.

That’s because conservatives respect the outcome of elections.
When a president wins his office, he is entitled to appoint the judiciary. Unless those appointments are not qualified, they should be approved.
Leftists don’t do things this way. They have no respect for the outcomes of elections that don’t go their way.

Yet another who is emotionally driven, DU style, weighs in and attacks others for holding to their principles.
I’m going to ask you a question I asked another, and never got an honest response to.
We know McCain’s stance on the Scam of “global warming”, of which he will tax you over something which does not exist. Do you want me, and others like me, to ignore my principles and help McCain steal from you?

I hear ya.
I guess I would question how so many felt that having a
ACLU director on the SCotUS was a good thing.
I’m not so sure I would praise any senators that so readily put someone like Bader on the court as being respective of much at all. More like uninformed or naive as all get out. jmo.

Why do people think McLame wont raise taxes? Because in 20 years in the senate he has never voted for a tax increase.

I’ve heard some very good arguments for voting McCain. Just be sure what you understand what you are voting for. IMO, it is the death of the GOP as a conservative party.

He voted against Bush’s tax cuts. That’s bad enough.

The fool doesn't get it that there's no "I'll scratch your back" in return concerning the group he's all too willing to get into bed with. So you voted for thsoe 2 losers, did "they" pay you back for that vote when it came time to approve Bush's nominees?
No, you just crawled into their bed again with the others of the Gang.
One-sided capitulation....EXACTLY what they want.

Whoa....back off the edge Rusty. Only time I've EVER voted for a Republican for POTUS was 2000...I was duped the very first time I did.....and berating people who share your ideology for not voting "your way" isn't the way to go.
Besides, since you moved down there, WTH do you care about keeping warm?

Okay, to all you children (i.e., those McCain apologists that are bending over backwards to get everyone in the GOP to vote for this cretin)........
JUST EXACTLY HOW MUCH FARTHER UP YOUR A$$ DOES HE HAVE TO RAM YOUR PRINCIPLES FOR YOU NOT TO VOTE FOR HIM?
Geeeeeezzzz, this is getting ridiculous...guess I'm gonna have to make it a tag line and save myself all the typing....

All I am saying is better the devil you know then one you don’t. I think an Obama presidency would be far worse than a McCain presidency. At least, McCain has the war on terror right which is far more important at this point.
And yes, it was like 90 today.

When a Democrat president nominates judges it's the duty of the Senate to advise and consent. It has the same duty when Republicans nominate judges. Being liberal doesn't disqualify just like being conservative doesn't.
Orin Hatch voted for Ginsberg I am sure. In fact I believe he suggested her to Clinton figuring she was so old she would pass.
Democrats nominate liberal judges and Republicans nominate left of center to Conservative judges.
