In this election we have very a clear choice to make.
A choice between Victory against Islamic Terrorism or surrender to our terrorist enemy.
A choice between free market capitalist economy or socialism.
A choice between constructionist judges or liberal judges who legislate from the bench.
A choice between Life for the unborn or abortion on demand going wild.
A choice between lower taxes or higher taxes.
A choice between small government or big government.
A choice between John McCain or Barack Obama.
Let us choose John McCain. A Patriot, a war hero, and would be an excellent President.

Some “conservatives” - They have their knickers all in a wad over McCain, but the idea of a gun-grabbing Marxist like Obama becoming commander in chief doesn’t seem to phase them at all. I remember when conservatives used to fight against communism...
I sincrely hope that most of these people so busy cutting off their noses to spite their faces are actaully seminar posters and not people who fancy themselves conservatives.

Exactly. Just because we disagree does not mean we don’t like each other. In the end, it will end up being a personal choice for all of us.
We each have our reasons for voting the way we choose. Face it, this election is a nightmare for many people, not just conservatives.

Bottom line.

I was talking with my dad this weekend about who to vote for. He basically said the same thing...we have had bad presidents before and the country survived and that we will survive this too.
I don't think they can get Lieberman-Warner through Congress because it's such a disaster to our economy. Many pols will get cold feet trying to pass that crazy bill because they probably equate it to political suicide. What control freaks (Congress Critters) crave the most is power and Lieberman-Warner threatens that.
