Nah, it was a privet reply!

Nyuk, nyuk! A little horticultural humor just to elevate the tone.

Hope it helps with the appeal process. You may want to have an update ready for Tuesday for what people can do to help. I’m guessing donations would still help keep the legal wheels turning.

Thanks Red. Thanks Lily. Thanks Girlene

I’m going to bed. I’m back into the throes of fever chills. Who gets the flu this time of year. It’s inconceivable.

Late to the party AGAIN, but wanted to say CONGRATS for making the “big time”. Though, I believe you have been “there” for quite a while already. :^)

I had heard the great news but hadn’t had a chance to log on until tonight. Joy, joy, joy!! Red, thank you SO MUCH for making sure these outcomes are known. We know we’re not going to see this in the MSM. FR, HotAir, NewsMax, really are the anti-media. Darryl, I hope you’ll convey our continuing prayers to the Grayson, Chessani, and Wuterich families. And Sgt Winnick.

Thanks, lass. We’ll stay on the case. And we should have more on Sgt Winnick soon.

Is this it for the trials? Murtha must be troubled but I am damn happy for all the innocent Marines implicated in this political witch hunt

Don't think so. There is former Marine Sergeant , Jose Nazario, in California for event in Falujah, with another Marine, Sgt. Jermaine A. Nelson, jailed on contempt of court charges, for refusing to testify to a Grand Jury, against his former squad leader.

Sgt. Nelson has also been charged in a Military Court at Camp Pendleton, with murder stemming from the same incident in Fallujah on November 9th, 2004. There are other Marines who may also be charged in conjunction with that incident. That was the second day of Operation Phantom Fury, aka Operation al-Fajr (dawn)

Bastids.

They owe the family alright. But the family will never collect.

For now, they are probably happy just to have their son cleared of all charges.

On the plus side, he will be free to travel abroad without worrying about some craptastic “international tribunal” of brain sick eurotards snatching him up and imprisoning him for the rest of his natural life as he waits for trial.

How so. I doubt the findings of a Military Court woudld matter to a bunch of craptastic brain sick eurotards, or a group of Jihadies either. But maybe I repeat myself, they might be craptastic brain sick eurotard Jihadies.
