If anyone here thinks the media is not going to do to McCain what they are doing to Hillary right now, IMHO, they are either extremely naive, disillusioned, or crazy! They are going to turn their sights on him the MINUTE after Hillary is gone, and honestly, with Obama in bed with the media, I don’t know that McCain can overcome it...
He’s already got enough problems with trying to excite his own party - against Obama? He’s just going to look slow and old, I’m afraid. As someone said the other day - this is the day and age of image and soundbite. On that factor, Obama has McCain beat hands-down.
Agree with you. Assuming Hillary does indeed endorse Obama, within two weeks Obama will be up 10 points in the polls on Johnny Mac. McCain will be fighting an uphill battle the whole campaign. In 2009, Hillary will become Majority Leader of the Senate and/or Obama's first Supreme Court appointment.
