IF there is a tape it would be best to wait AFTER she concedes. I’m sure people with the supposed tape know that!

That was an unsubstantiated rumor all along, from what I gather.
I’m guessing that if it exists at all it’s in a vault at WLS (ABC) Ch. 7 Chicago. And, I doubt it’ll ever see the light of day if that’s the case. If anyone would know exactly what Michelle said, it would be their two reporters: Cheryl Burton and Karen Jordan who were there.
If there was, she would have used it before he hit the magic delegate number, before the rest of the superdelegates went his way.
No point in holding on to that until after he's won when you can use it right away and prevent him from winning in the first place.
