If Obama learned anything from the 04 election, he won’t pick a fellow/former Senator.

I think the Muslim Messiah should pick Osama Bin Laden as his VP. OBL is a kindred spirit with the same goal in life to destroy America. These two were made for each other and would be accepted by all American Liberals as a match made by Allah!
Obama will pick Richardson if he’s smart. Governor, long resume, Hispanic, from a swing state, and pro-gun with a reputation as a moderate. Republicans are actually pretty lucky that Democrats were too stupid to nominate him.
So she can 'terminate' his Presidency early in 2011. Either by hook - or by crook.
I'm pretty sure Richardson is gonna be called up during the pennant drive which will conflict with the campaign.
Well, Marx and Lenin are dead, Putin doesn’t like people of color and Chavez is light in the loafers. So it’ll probably be an Obama/Mugabe ticket.
Biggest rap on Richardson's resume is that he kow-towed to the enviromentalist whack-job lobby by refusing to allow brush clearance and undergrowth timber harvest in national forests and, as a result, we had huge swaths of forests burn down in the Rocky Mountain States on his watch.
Obama needs someone with a strong military background or foreign policy experience to counter McNutjob. He will get crushed if he doesn’t go that route, which would be fine by me. I’m surprised nobody has mentioned Wesley Clark.
He will pick a white woman. Doesn’t really matter which one, but her name won’t be Hillary.

The read is going to be determined by polls. If he is losing white single women, he will have to pick a woman. Remember the marriage gap? How Bush got more votes from married women than from single women? Those polls will determine this.
We will now see Obama’s sprint to the middle and abandonment of all the far left wing positions that got the moonbats to support him. McCain is more credible in the middle, because that’s where he’s always been.
If he picks any woman other than Hillary there will be open, hostile and abiding rebellion in the party.

How about Rosie O’Donnell
Hillary is angling for the VP spot because she knows about the Michelle tape. When it’s shown and he bombs she’ll be right there to pick up the pieces and save the Democratic Party.
Maybe he’ll pick Caroline Kennedy. She seems to be so enthralled with him, that she probably wouldn’t offer him much challenge when it comes to his policies.
