May was another terrific month for smacking down the terrorist wannabe's on YouTube. Thanks to a little publicity from Sen. Joe (yes there IS a Democrat who has a brain) Lieberman and a lot of stick-to-it-iveness by you all , we had a lot of traction and nailed a lot of these jerks. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
Our Smackdown Bomber flew for the entire month of May -- that's 31 days. (Thanks for the great Bomber pic, 
alfa6!) The "Smackdowns" are removal of specific videos and the "Suspensions" are the removal of users -- a suspension can result in many, many terrorist videos being taken down as most users have more than one video posted. So without further ado...
May 2008 Results:
25 Suspensions
With those 25 suspensions and the other individual video Smackdowns,
1452 videos were removed from YouTube:

If you're new at this, we'd love to have you working with us. Here are the steps for flagging videos:

#2) Click one of the links below, let the video start and then click the pause button on the player so you don’t have to actually watch the propaganda.
#3) Below the video, click “Flag as inappropriate.”
#4) Choose “promotes hatred or violence”
#5) Where it says “please indicate the group attacked” choose National Origin.
#6) Where it says “provide additional information.....” type or copy/paste in the below statement.

I know there is still much enemy propaganda on YouTube, but despite what everyone says, YouTube is no longer a safe haven for terrorists and their supporters. Just look at the number of suspended subscribers, friends, and subscriptions on the profile page for YouTube user jihadjane. Thanks FReepers!

The Stubborn List
This list will remain up until these videos are down. For whatever reason these particular videos have staying power. No matter how often they are flagged, they just stay up. So I figured we could flag them several times each -- not every day by each person, but each of us maybe once a week -- and maybe YouTube will get the point.... I will add a new "stubborn" video to replace each one we get removed!! We'll keep 6 on the list.

EVERYONE SHOULD READ STAR'S UPDATE IN , EVEN IF YOU CAN'T GET TO THE SMACKDOWN LIST.
We are definitely having an effect on the posters and their videos.
I had something strange happen on #20 on the stubborn list. I tried several times to open the page and kept getting the security warning about the information bar across the top of the page. I couldn’t check it for information and got the message the page wasn’t available. I usually get that bar when a web page is wanting to download something.
6/6 list done. Fwiw, the last of that list has already been removed.
