With regard to the first, you imply something very interesting: Obama has a concrete, undeniable track record of associations that every normal person knows are unhealthy and unfit for any responsibility and influence. He is proving to us over and over that he does not represent America, and cannot, bringing to it his prejudices (dictionary definition) -- not just racial ones, but social and reality ones.

WRT the latter, I have to guess that with all the god-talk that's going on in this season, He's taking very detailed notes.
