McClellan Must Testify Under Oath Before House Judiciary
Wexler.house.gov ^ | 5/28/08 | Congressman Robert Wexler

Former White House Aide's Revelations Make Out Case for Obstruction of Justice by Rove and Libby in Valerie Plame Case

(Washington, DC) Today Congressman Robert Wexler (D-FL) called for former White House Press Secretary Scott McClellan to appear before the House Judiciary Committee to testify under oath regarding the devastating revelations made in his new book on the Bush Administration’s deliberate efforts to mislead the American people into the Iraq War.

“The admissions made by Scott McClellan in his new book are earth-shattering and allege facts to establish that Karl Rove and Scooter Libby – and possibly Vice President Cheney - conspired to obstruct justice by lying about their role in the Plame Wilson matter and that the Bush Administration deliberately lied to the American people in order to take us to war in Iraq. Scott McClellan must now appear before the House Judiciary Committee under oath to tell Congress and the American people how President Bush, Vice President Dick Cheney, Karl Rove, Scooter Libby, and White House officials deliberately orchestrated a massive propaganda campaign to sell the war in Iraq to the American people.”

“The allegations by this former top White House aide – that Rove and Libby deliberately coordinated their stories in order to obstruct justice in the Plame case, that the President deliberately disregarded contradictory evidence related to Iraq, should outrage every American and Congress must respond by initiating immediate aggressive oversight starting with an appearance by McClellan before the House Judiciary Committee. Any continued obstruction by this Administration to prevent White House officials from appearing before Congress cannot be tolerated by this Congress in the face of these shocking revelations.”

Congressman Wexler has led a nationwide campaign in favor of holding impeachment hearings for Vice-President Dick Cheney. Congressman Wexler is Chairman of the Europe Subcommittee and a senior member of the House Committee on Foreign Affairs and the House Judiciary Committee.

Even without this ridiculous betrayal I never had any respect for Scott McClellan. He was a terrible selection, I said so many times when he was in the WH, and he never should have been in that position in the first place.

I always found it mystifying that the WH could have such a soft-headed putz as the Press Secy, he was easily the worst I’ve seen and some of them are not very good. This guy cannot think, talk, or argue his way out of a paper bag, he’s just simpering mush. This is a great example of how terrible RINOs can be for the conservative movement — SM never had any real conviction about what he was doing, he had a few frustrations over Plamegate, and now he sells his soul to Soros and friends.

“OMG McClellan was bought and paid for like a cheap trick!’

Starting to look that way!! I would not be surprised if this ‘publishing company’ was set up recently just for this purpose. Need to find out how long this Frank guy has been in the ‘publishing business’..because it doesn’t look like he has been at it long.

What he has been at for a long time is investments/trading and big time democrat operations in link with George Soro’s!!

Thanks...here's more:

McClellan joins list of neutered DC Republicans.

RUSH:...If the Bush administration were what Scott McClellan says it is, when that excerpt came out, they would have found the ruthless Jim Baker or some such, and they would have summoned little old Scott McClellan to a come-to-Jesus meeting. They would have said, "You know, Scott, your little book here, not a good idea for your family's future. The little book that you're going to right here, Scott, it's really not good for your future." And then they'd give him some job at the Carlisle Group, at the Blackstone group, where he never had to show up. They'd pay him off and they'd just put him somewhere, a no-show job at one of these Republican things, and be rid of him. But they don't play hardball politics like that, that's not what this administration does. If this had been tried, if McCurry or some other spokesman in the Clinton administration had done something like this, let your mind wander, folks, and think what would happen to that guy.

How Washington Culture Seduces

Dick Morris also mentioned that Scott McClellan’s father wrote a book saying LBJ killed JFK. I didn’t know that.

Little Scotty is going to regret writing this book.

Actually, history has pretty well proven that McCarthy was right. You should read up on that. Venona Files is an important keyword.

The Dems probably have their lawyers paid for. McClellan is the ultimate loser. He lost his Republican friends and now he inherits his new Democrat “friends.” Austin is the Berkeley of Texas. Fortunately, most Texans acknowledge Austin’s liberal tendency, but let it go to a “local” situation. Austin politics doesn’t mean anything to most of us. Personally, I shrug it off to the University of Texas professor/teacher/liberal inductee/liberalism influence. They all poison our children!

It is really sad, isn’t it? Seems George Soro’s can buy anybody now. He is starting to remind me of some character in a movie trying to take over the world...LOL

Maybe Scott is going to be George Soro’s new ‘mini me’....LOL!!

"Little Scotty is going to regret writing this book"

Since virtually all of the content most likely came from the Soros-paid ghost writer the more accurate statement will be "Little Scotty is going to regret whoring his name to Soros for this book"

"Create a dust cover for something about to break on Barack Obama?"

The term "sex scandal" today cropped up into a couple of comment lines on AOL, Politico, ABC, etc.

First witness for the Defense would be Patrick Fitzgerald. Wexler, Marxist Doofus from Boca Raton, is a grandstanding nitwit.

Fitzgerald sgould be in PRISON!
