Bradenton, Florida – A man who is in the country illegally has been arrested for Lewd and Lascivious Molestation of a three year old girl, the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office said Tuesday night.
The victim complained of pain and was taken to Manatee Memorial Hospital on Saturday. A medial exam determined she had been molested, the sheriff’s office said.
Investigators arrested Israel Lugo-Rios, 25, of 37th Avenue. They said he is known to the victim and is in the country illegally from Mexico.

This, my children, is what is called “EVIDENCE”.. it’s what we use to determine guilt in this country. EVIDENCE is not the same as “EVERYBODY KNOWS” or “FEELINGS”.. some people need to learn the difference.
We are ALL opposed to child abuse on this board..all of us.. without exception. Real child abusers should be disposed of AFTER they have been found guilty.

We have repeated sexual molestations of children by illegal aliens in the DC area. Also by legal immigrants. We need a fence, deportation, and closer scrutiny of legal immigrants.
Chinese national Wei Chin, 37, of Maryland, was caught in an online sting.
They also keep police busy with false reports. Christina Arotoma-Quispe of Springfield, VA filed a false police report of being raped and having her child threatened behind her home. After extensive investigation, it was determined that she lied. If she is an illegal, then maybe she will be rewarded with perks.

Real child abusers should be disposed of AFTER they have been found guilty. Yes, they *should* be.....
However, some of our *illegal* molesters can plead guilty, & are then given the OPTION to self deport, rather than serve ANY U.S. jail time.
