Depends on the kind of tumor. I understand it is malignant, but some are much more aggressive than others. They are making remarkable strides in this field. In 1996 my friend was told to go home and prepare to die, no treatment possible for his brain tumor. We found some good doctors and good drugs, and I understand he’s still alive, but it was not an aggressively growing tumor.

My college GF's dad got it in the early 1970's. One month, diagnosis to death. It's not a pleasant was to go. She joined the Army shortly thereafter...
