You’re not wrong if it’s Hillary, you are if it’s Obama...he’s incompetent...inexperienced...and appears to be in tow of his wife.

Barry will be with us for only one term...if he’s elected.

Yeah, I’m sure.

If Hilabama is elected, they will go to great lengths ensuring that they will never be out of power. They will leave no dime unspent in their pursuit of unabated democrat rule.

And, if McCain is elected and has a majority democrat Congress how will it be different?

Sounds wisdom, to a point, how are Conservatives supposed to show their displeasure with DC, and at the same time vote and do the hard work of electing John McCain a man who routinely throws Conservatism under the Bus?

After seeing Obamao, I could never vote for the man, but there are races at all different levels that Republicans even Conservative Republicans need grassroots support to win that McCain is sucking the life out of.

My guess is that a lot of these people were also saying how a loss in 2006 might be a good thing. But it doesn’t seem the American public is blaming the Democrat Congress for the problems in this country, even if their approval ratings are in the tank.

Me too...this is the biggest no-choice election since FDR/Wilkie...two liberals committed to big spending and internationalism.

McCain may actually win...he will be awful. For all practical purposes he is already an Independent, like his buddy Lieberman.

I will not vote for either major party candidate this time.

I have had it.

"Just get all of the facts and be prepared to be disappointed."

Given the three possible choices, I resigned myself to disappointment a ways back up the trail. I've read a few comments from some FReepers citing the strategy of voting Dhimmi in the hopes of setting ourselves up for 2012, but I don't know any who sincerely believe that to be a credible strategy. More like blowing off steam to get over a bitter defeat of conservatism and common sense.

We need to get conservatives elected to the House and Senate that will hold his feet to the fire on those issues that we disagree.

He won’t nominate a Justice Ginsberg.

"McCain may actually win...he will be awful."

Amen to that. The guy keeps giving Conservatives the middle finger.

I have had it too, but I am going to hold my nose and pull the lever in November.

An Obama presidency would destroy the Republic.

Obama is an Anti-Christ candidate in my eyes.

Excellent post. However, none of these candidates are serious about reining in the spending power of the congress. There is a smart fellow by the name of Robert Ringer who argued that getting Obama in the WH will be a quicker death for the US. $ than with Hillary or McCain.

Neither will Conservatives. How can anyone be so stupid to believe McCain will appoint judges in the same realm of Scalia and Alito, when he HATES those types of people?

Get ready for a court full of Souters!

What would be different if Captain Queeg becomes president? He’ll raise taxes. He’ll let illegal immigrants become citizens. He’ll stifle free speech. McCain is just as bad as Hussein and Hillary. The American people are in the unenviable position of having to choose between 3 complete liberal nitwits to be our next president.
