Neither will Conservatives. How can anyone be so stupid to believe McCain will appoint judges in the same realm of Scalia and Alito, when he HATES those types of people?

Maybe. I say maybe. In the meantime our whole democracy will be destroyed so what difference will it make? McCain has already shown he will stifle speech. He has already shown he will bow to the left. After a couple of years of "reaching across the aisle" there will be no aisle left and the Justices will be sitting with nothing to do because the left will have won.
I tire of the mantra concerning the SCOTUS appointments.
McCain will not be able to appoint conservatives to the bench.
First if he did they would overturn McCain/Feingold.
Second there will be more dems in congress preventing this.
His policy concerning amnesty will destroy our country, our party, and the conservative movement
