JERUSALEM Israel should give up its nuclear weapons to ensure Iran halts its illicit nuclear program, argues an adviser on nuclear issues to Sen. Barack Obama.
Joseph Cirincione, director of nuclear policy at the Center for American Progress, also previously dismissed reports Israel's Sept. 6 airstrike targeted a Syrian nuclear reactor as "nonsense" and called Damascus' nuclear program "miniscule."
Immediately following Israel's air raid, Cirincione listed "Israelis [who] want to thwart any dialogue between the U.S. and Syria" as among those spreading rumors Syria was constructing a nuclear facility.

Not to worry. He is going to work to see that whole world gives up it’s nukes, starting with us. Listen for yourself:

Don’t kid yourself, ethnic but nonobservant Jews will never see this.
I trust that the Israeli government has wiser advisors than Obama’s advisor. How anyone can advise such a thing is beyond my understanding. Utter stupidity? Utter meanness? Utter hatred of jews? Utter insanity? All of this?
You may want to ask Johnathan Pollard.
Imagine what the Iranian former student and hostage holder would do with the knowledge that Israel couldn't obliterate him and the 12th imam, who's currently hiding in the well doing bong hits.

I wonder if he realizes he's admitting that Iran is building nukes?
Ha!
Use the "Stink Eye." And harsh language.
We do?
I, on the other hand, worry that the White Sox will finish at the bottom of their division.
Getting spooky
Honest to goodness........is this the best we can do out of a nation of 300 million +/- souls?
Sheesh.
I'm so sick of these stiffs who want to be in charge.
This world is going to be a more nasty, more dangerous place - we better grow up.
One more reason this idiot will never be President.
“Admit it. We all go to bed at night worried about what Israel is going to do with those nukes.”
I’m more worried about what Israel won’t do with those nukes, and what Iran WOULD do with theirs.
I was going to mention Joel Rosenberg’s books and then I saw your post. It’s a plausible scenario just a little different than the book. Russia and the Muslim nations propose a U.N. Security Council resolution calling for a nuclear free Middle East or forced disarmament. President Obama has the US abstain on the vote and it’s passed. Israel can’t comply as they know Iran and maybe other nearby nations have or can quickly get nukes but of course they say they don’t. After the deadline passes the scenario plays out similar to the first Gulf War after Iraq invaded Kuwait only the military coalition is led by Russia against Israel.
Preposterous attachment. Russia, China, the US, Pakistan, India etc.,they also should unilaterally disarm with this mentality. In any event no one has tied Israel's position with Iran's nuclear ambitions except the hard left, and pro-Arab/Islamic elements who are now revealing themselves in BO's cadre of advisors. God help us and Israel if they take over the Executive Branch.
In fact, I remember reading a secular commentray right at the onset of the Iraq war that Bush was setting a dangerous precedent by acting unilaterally of "world opinion."
Your comment is not far from the truth of what we will see in the future.
What nukes?
Obama can’t lose the nomination fast enough, can he?
