There is an old saying, "Youth is wasted on the young." When we are young and energetic, few of us take stock of our lives. Instead, we use our energy to take on new challenges and enjoy life to the fullest. And that's the way it should be.

“I came to know Carter well.
When he ran for reelection, he asked me to campaign for him in 1980 - I was by then Mayor of New York City — and I said that I would vote for him, but not campaign for him because he was then engaging in hostile acts towards Israel. I was popular with the Jewish community and when I would not campaign for him unless he changed his position, he called me to his hotel in New York when attending a fundraiser and said, “You have done me more damage than any man in America.” I felt proud then, and even more today, since we now know what a miserable president he was then and the miserable human being he is now as he prepares to meet with Hamas.”
Bravo Ed Koch!
“How My doing”
“You have done me more damage than any man in America.
Koch’s response should have been, “You have done the American people a helluva lot of damage yourself, Mr. President.”
this is the New York attitude at it’s best. The man writes with a clear conscience — I will gladly respect that.
He certainly didn’t mince any words. I hope this is just the beginning for Carter.
That's gonna leave a mark.
Mayor Koch is one of a kind!
He’s as lucid now as he was 30 years ago.
If only there were more Democrats like him instead of the depraved, pandering Marxists that have taken control of the party.
Koch defines the term “loyal opposition”.
A patriot if there ever was one.
God bless you Mr. Mayor.
The Iranians releasing the Hostages on Reagans first day should have been a sign to all the moonbats, that he is pro-muzzie.
Mayor Koch is a very good judge of character.
Way to go, Mr. Mayor!
I supported Hillary Clinton for the Senate when she first ran and support her now in her quest for the presidency.
Ed Koch is a pleasant enough fellow and admirable in many respects, but his support of Hillary Clinton for President calls into question the soundness of his judgment regarding the personal and intellectual qualities a President ought to possess.
“Mayor Koch is one of a kind!”
I used to like him on The People’s Court, before Judge Marilyn Millyan took over.
He’s a Democrat, and a poofter, but I still love the guy.
Or maybe he realizes what a complete disaster Obama would be. Not that Hillary wouldn't be a disaster, too.
I had the pleasure of meeting His Honor Mayor Koch when I worked in NYC in the early ‘80s. A good man and a good mayor.
I am delighted to see he continues to call them as he sees them.
Or maybe he realizes what a complete disaster Obama would be.
No, he expressed his support for Hillary before Obama was on anybody's radar.
