WASHINGTON (AP) - The White House says President Bush has scheduled a Rose Garden speech on Wednesday to make an announcement about climate change.
Is Bush a Global Warming truther or is he just infatuated that Global Warming uses his initials.
2000-2008: So much promise. So much disapointment.

I just wonder what you mean? Whoever I vote for this November already believes in human caused global warming - we are so between a rock and a hard place!
Maybe he will finally let us know what temp the Earth should be?
Don’t you wish he would say something like Global Warming is BS. That would be awesome.
This is why all of those conservative VP for McCain threads are useless on FR.
Cheney is far more conservative than W, but do we ever hear his opinions on Global warming and even amnesty last fall? No, never.
Bush is a complete RINO now, All horn, no tusk!
“I have had it up to here ` with so called Republicans paying homage to the great swindle of human caused global warming.”
Republicans are part of and promote the great swindle just like the dems.
I don’t think they are all willing to go to the same extremes. Baraq is already saying he wants Gore involved in his administration, McCaine is probably willing to limit the scope if it hurts the economy, I doubt the others will do the same because they need to make their base happy.
He always does this before a visit from the British PM.
Brits are deeply invested now and for the future in cap and trade.
“Whoever I vote for this November already believes in human caused global warming - we are so between a rock and a hard place!”
It’s not the belief alone that is dangerous, it’s the reason why they believe it.
They “believe” it because of their major financial contributors backing of the cap and trade scheme.
UPDATE.......
Bush plans White House speech Wednesday on climate change
WASHINGTON (AP) - President Bush is giving a Rose Garden speech on Wednesday on climate change to lay out the way he thinks the U.S. can reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
White House press secretary Dana Perino says that Bush will not outline a specific proposal, but instead will spell out a strategy for long-term goals for curbing emissions.
Bush wants every major economy, including China and India, to establish a national goal for cutting the emissions believed responsible for global warming. In his remarks, he also will talk about legislative proposals on Capitol Hill that the administration has expressed opposition to, as well as regulatory issues.

“If he does go human caused gorebull warming on us, that will be the final straw for me.”
He would just be warming the seat for McQueeg.
“Im already starting to cringe - hes timing it with earth day, so it cant be good!”
DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!
The only people standing in opposition to this madness are conservative Republicans and honest scientists. The rest fall into two categories. Some are too indifferent to care about how the proposed remedies will affect our economy. The rest are too simple minded to question the hysterical CO2/falling sky lie.
The envirowacko policies are killing our economy.
The market believes the U.S. is going to do NOTHING about using our own oil resources. That’s one very important reason oil has gone through the roof.
The ethanol mandates are driving up the prices of corn, fertilizers and minerals used in supplements for livestock. Hence, the severe price increases in commodities and food.
Can’t they see this in Washington? It is insanity!
“We have determined that so-called Climate Change caused by humans is a scam and only has the effect of making Al Gore rich.”
I hope that’s what he says.
THIS should be instructive...
Does Dubya have the guts to confront the “global warming” hoaxers head on, or is he just another pandering assclown? I’m afraid he’ll end up doing a tapdance, which would be a real shame given he’s in a position where he is never going to run for office again and can basically say whatever he wants.
The worst president ever? No, that guy’s in the Holy Land, but he’s a close, close second. No kiddng , I’m ashamed of
Bush, completely ashamed, no use for the man whatsoever.
He is saying - We will go through the charade - if all the other countries do too, like china/india. They won’t - this is the whole idea.
I read yesterday that GW is in fact going to sign on to the global warming crap and make new movement to a caps and credit scam at an upcoming global meeting.
