Open voter intimidation by the Indiana Democratic Party on the front page of the newspaper! I will still be voting for Hillary in Indiana's primary. Go ahead and stop me, Parker. I dare you.

Fajman said any voter whose party affiliation is challenged can either decline to vote for the party in question or sign an affidavit, swearing under oath that they voted in the last election for a majority of the regular nominees of the party. A 5th Amendment violation for sure. Signing any affidavit to vote in a primary is unconstitutional.

Is this an open primary or isn’t it?
Are election officials just making up rules, or are they operating under the law when a challenge is thrown down?

Voter disenfranchisement?
No problem, as long as the voters are Republicans.

Personally, this deliberate cross-voting in an attempt to affect the other party's primary is not only dishonest, and skews the data as to what might happen in the general, but if the rats had done the same in our primaries - everyone would be screaming bloody murder.
don't there flaming - I'm outta here

How would the Dems prove an R voter didn’t vote the way he said in the last election? Hello? Secret ballot? Ring a bell?

They can't do anything about it except change the rules after the election. Since my hometown basically only has dems running against each other, I would have to switch affiliations every time I want to vote in a local primary.
I like not having to declare a party. I would like to keep it that way.

To hell with the liberal hypocrites!....I wished I lived in Indiana and they confronted me! It’s an open election for God’s sake!....Get the hell out of my way!

Barry is openly advertising here in Indy. He is letting voters know they only have until April 7th to register to vote in the primary.
This Parker can itimidate all he likes, but he can never prove intent.

So, unless you voted for a majority of democrats in the last 10 years, you can't change your mind and vote for a democrat in this primary? How is this even legal? Weren't the democrats in Indiana decrying the voter ID requirement claiming it would lead to voter disenfranchisement? This is voter intimidation, plain and simple.

Whoa! If a Republican can legally vote in the Indiana Dem primary . . . tell Parker to shove it. If it isn't legal and it happens, charge the offenders. Otherwise, shut up.
I could legally vote for Hitlery in the Texas Dem primary and did so - though putting the X by her name did induce a gag reflex.

This is hilarious! The dems are going to challenge my vote if I vote Democrat?! The comment on TheTimes website are pretty funny also.

So much for the concept of the secret ballot. How could this affidavit be challenged or proven?

The following link takes you to the Indiana AG’s voter info site. It is a PDF of Indiana's official “voter grievance form”.
Make sure you have it printed out and with you when you rush the vote. Make sure you get all names of officials who give you ANY trouble. Lets ram this right back down the pipes!

Exactly which Democrat Presidential Candidate has expressed their desire to not have my vote?
