CHICAGO (Associated Press) -- Six Iraq war protesters disrupted an Easter Mass on Sunday, shouting and squirting fake blood on themselves and parishioners in a packed auditorium.
Three men and three women startled the crowd during Cardinal Francis George's homily, yelling "Even the Pope calls for peace" as they were removed from the Mass by security guards and ushers.

These are obviously not true protesters. They’re attention whores. The Iraq war is just the issue they use to justify their antics.
Were there no war, it would be the IMF, Save the Whales, Gay Rights... etc, etc, etc...
The issue itself is not important. What gives them their jollies is being disruptive, childish hooligans. If their mothers and fathers had been able to apply belts to backsides when the brats were younger, they would probably have outgrown that nonsense much earlier.

They targeted the people at this church because they are CATHOLIC.

In my opinion it was a crying shame that it could not have been HIV infected blood.
They do it because no one will stand up to them. And they know it.
I hope they beat Ryane to death in lock up.
Security showed excessive restraint in dealing with them. The original Mayor Dailey’s cops would have know how to handle them.
This wasn’t just an anti-war protest, it was an anti-church protest. They’re not fooling anyone.
Maybe that guy is bitter and angry on the inside because he is so ugly outside.
I am not the first to say it but there would be a massive outcry if some conservative Christians did this in a mosque. Or even worse at one of those churches like Rev Wright has.
What exactly is their beef was Catholics or the church? Many church leaders lean left and oppose all war. Maybe they are just wanting to show their solidarity with bin laden, who considers the Holy Father an enemy.
