Even the Clintons can’t defy political reality. Any other candidate would have gotten out of the race after losing Texas, but Hillary stayed in. For some, the Clintons have taken on mythic proportions, but I see them as having feet of clay. The very fact that a first term Senator with very little political experience could take on the Clinton political machine and beat them at their own game speaks volumes about the Clintons and what was supposed to be just a coronation of Hillary.

How do you get eggs to become all white, yellow and solid on the inside?

No you’re not, I even remember “Demetrius and the Gladiators”, with the lovely Messalina.

I think there is a legitimate argument for the Clintons to make that Obama is severely damaged goods with the Jeremiah Wright disclosures. It's possible his career is over already, but not evident yet.

If exit polls and re-polls in states that have already voted were to support that, there would be an argument that typical white people democrat voters may not have voted for Obama in the first place. It really depends on whether or not Obama can change the subject and everybody else just laughs off Obama's comments about his grandmother.

So if you hear the Clinton campaign talking about the "net present value" of Obama support, remember that you heard it here first.

Richardson must have been very close to the Clintons. He was in charge of finding Monica Lewinsky a job but I don’t remember the details.

I didn’t watch much this morning, other than CSPAN. I tried to call in but couldn’t get through; two liberal journo’s were on (foreigners) who trashed Bush and this country. Said Barak is the star of the foreign media because he is “black” and they support that (couldn’t care less what he says or how). The whole segment was disgusting; only two good calls. One from a woman who took them both to task and one from a man who did the same thing. All the other callers were fawning all over them. Nothing but two elitists.

Just now on FNC they showed the wrong Rev Wright’s replacement Otis “preaching” on Easter Sunday...the theme of which was “how to overcome a lynching by the media”. Called the NPR the National REpublican Radio and just “preached” more of the same hatred.

It was noted that Barak was NOT in attendance, nor was the wrong Rev Wright. The question I have: are those two together this Easter weekend? It wouldn’t surprise me.

I think Barak set race relations back years by his speech and his after words....but then again, I’m just a “typical white person”.

You mean, tell her that Obambi won't win the general and to just sit tight until 2012? Just got off the phone with my mother who told me that she saw some interview of McCain's daughter (had to have been on Fox, that's all she watches)...well, it seems the daughter said that she knows who the VP nominee will be and it's not the Huckster. Oh, happy day!

I remember it...in fact, I lived in Italy for many years and that's where I saw it recently, as they show all these wonderful religious films on a regular basis.

Any other candidate would have gotten out of the race after losing Texas, but Hillary stayed in.

But, just for the sake of discussion and hypothetically speaking, what if Hillary actually won the Texas Democrat Primary, would that change your political calculus?

Very good tea party!

From casually glancing across the various rat nets it looks like the DNC/DBM chatting points this week were that McCain's candidacy is just a third term for GW.

Hate to remind them but that might be a tough sell since few in our party have opposed the President as much as McCrazy.

But never let the facts get in the way of a weekly DNC stalking point!!

So did Brian Kilmeade...I said on another thread, there must truly be something in our NY water. So please slap me if I start swooning for Obama. Peggy does look pretty this morning in her yellow silk.

Oh, my. That view just demonstrates how far detached from reality and left wing (but, I repeat myself) these nutjobs really are!

I don't imagine Obama will show up for any service at this apostate church between now and November. But he won't disavow it, either. He's stuck with them.

It's a fitting match.
