Cedric, I see that you did not get a response to your important inquiry. Here it is. Let's say you want to achieve that result with, say, 6 to 8 eggs. Put them in a pot and cover them with cold water. Bring the water to a boil over medium/high heat. When the water boils, turn off the heat (if your stove is electric, remove the pot to a cool burner), put a cover on the pot and let it sit for 12 minutes, then rinse in cold water until the eggs are no longer warm to the touch.
