Berkeley Biked Big Time! Scoots, Vets, Patriots Support Our Finest(The Eye Of Syncro)
The Institute of Phenomonology ^ | March 22, 2008 | Dr. Zoo

Posted on 03/22/2008 7:38:01 PM PDT by Syncro

A Hundred Thousand Motorcycle Riders (Well quite a few hundred) infiltrated Berkeley along with hundreds of others who drove cages and used other forms of transportation (Tunnels with Trains) in Support of our Troops and the Marine Officer Selection Recritiment Office in the California town that is trying to withdraw from the human race and The United States Of America.

Well, that's my take on the actions of Berkeley whose very existance depends on our country being well armed and manned by Military Personell.

I arrived about 11AM, although my camera thought it was 10

The speakers were scheduled to speak in an hour or so, and it looked like this around the office:

About an hour earlier the bikes thundered into town, one with Melanie Morgan of Move America Forward on the back and loving every minute of it on the ride from Emeryville to Berkeley.

She straightened out her hair and got down to business and gave a great speech and even mentioned the astounding opposition...about four of the cross dressing punks in pink. They stayed on the outskirts and didn't try much of their brave dissing of Military people, past and present. The must have judged the many attendees correctly...

The crowd was enthusiastic and brought some great signs in Support of The Troops.

The greatest "sign" of all, the Flag of The United States of America. They were everywhere!

Syncro,

Was that head of the Chamber of Commerce Ted Garrett? I’d love to have a word with him. ...I’ll bet he has a weak handshake.

Great - but where were the Code Pinko jihadists? Only 4 showed up, and didn’t do anything?

I wondered the same thing last week in DC when none of the Lefties showed up, then I figured it must be early Saturday, they gotta sleep off their hangovers.

Great job, Syncro and all my friends in the Bay Area!

I don't know what his title is, but he told me he was head of the CofC.

He told me his name, but I forgot what it was.

A few weeks ago I was seriously thinking of stopping by the chamber and thanking them for standing up to the City Council and their commie hippy-minded mayor, but am glad I didn't.

They have capitulated to the ruin of their business community you can bet on it.

Great report and beautiful pictures, Syncro. I had to laugh when reading your account of your conversation with the head of the Berzerkistan Chamber of Commerce. All the mean patriots hurting his business. If it wasn't for the Marines (and the Army, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, National Guard and Reserves) he wouldn't have a business - or a city to do business in. What a maroon!

I was also a little perturbed to read that the Berzerkistan PD was enforcing the parking regs against the bikers with such dedication.

If only they would do the same when the Code Pinkos are there. Oh well.

It looks like Berzerkistan was awash in red, white and blue, thanks to real Americans! Thank you for being there, and thanks for the terrific report!

Happy Easter, Berkeley!

While many celebrate Christ resurrected from the dead, proving His sacrifice was indeed that of a Perfect Lamb for our sins...

...YOU, Berkeley, have awakened a sleeping giant.

Found a TV News Report that stayed more on focus with the Rally. There are several videos, current and past history, all posted with this article.

Pro-Military Protestors Descend On Berkeley

BERKELEY (CBS 5 / KCBS) ― Several hundred demonstrators gathered on and around Shattuck Avenue in Berkeley Saturday to show support for a Marine Recruiting Center.

The protestors, many of them veterans, waved American, Marine and POW flags to show their support their brothers and sisters fighting overseas, particularly in the face of heavy protests and a City Council resolution calling the Marines "unwelcome intruders."

This was a larger demonstration than the one led by anti-war demonstrators on Wednesday, the fifth anniversary of the war in Iraq.

The Marine Recruiting Center at the heart of the controversy was lined by Berkeley police.

Pro-military demonstrators have also launched a boycott of all Berkeley businesses.

Note to CBS 5: Pro-Military Protesters Supporters - Please get it right next time.

"Was that head of the Chamber of Commerce Ted Garrett?"

I'm inclined to think the guy Syncro encountered was Peterson, the President of the Chamber. They used to have profile pictures of every Board member posted, which I looked at before they've since been removed. However, Peterson's picture is on every one of the member newsletters if you wish to check them out.

Too bad Peterson (or Garrett) refused to go on record with Syncro. His refusal to do so speaks volumes. Thanks for trying Syncro.

I'd like to have a chit-chat with either of them. Business owner to business owner.

Ted Garrett, CEO

Roland Peterson, President Berkeley Chamber
Peterson is the guy on the far right.

It just came to my attention that I screwed up the hyperlink in my previous post. Here's a corrected link. (I checked it in the 'Preview Mode') Sorry for any inconvenience.

Whether is was Garrett or Peterson, there was only one man in the conversation...that being Syncro.

Now I’m tryin to match pictures. The ear lobes, widow’s peak and nose of the person Syncro met could match Garrett (maybe he grew a goatee to try “coolify” himself). Then again take the hat off of Peterson and shave his beard into a goatee...hmmm.

Needless to say, they are both out-testosteroned and the hunks are in the patriot camp.:)

Yep, I think you’re right. In studying the pics of the guy at the Rally and Garrett’s Chamber pic side-by-side, it’s a match. The ears and double-chin match, the hair line and eyebrows match, and the nose matches. It’s got to be Garrett.

You’re right about only one man being in that convo, too. That man being Syncro.

YOU DA MAN, SYNCRO!! OOHRAH!
