New York's newly minted governor says he had affairs with several women, including a state employee.
The admission comes a day after Gov. David Paterson was inaugurated and disclosed at least one extramarital affair to reporters.

Jack was a true egalitarian. He wanted to share everything with everyone.
“Well, at least he isn’t gay - in so far as we know.”
Are you sure? He didn’t specify with whom or what he was having these affairs, did he?
“How could he know that it wasnt his wife?”
Because she was doing the chauffeur in the next room.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!
That is just so wrong... so why can’t I stop laughing?
The sad thing is, he could not tell if the woman he was cheating on his wife with, was good looking or not. LOL
Guess he didn’t “see” that coming...
Jennifer Granholm of Michigan... I once pinched her butt.
Was the state employee a subordinate? Would that have been counter to state sexual harassment laws?
" I'm shocked, I tell ya, Shocked."
I like Gene Simmons...he is actually one of the more politically conservative rock stars. I would be his chief of staff, if he lets me take care of the female lobbyists. LOL
I think he should step down because he cannot be trusted.
I am serious.
Apparently, the people of New York keep electing the absolute worst people. Just when you think it can’t get any worse, New York says “YES, it can...”
If he were a Republican, the press would be checking to see it the state employee benefited from that relation.
Was she a clerk then, and is now a department head? - tom
I would agree...New Yorkers are going to have a hard long 18 months of this guy.
Apparantly,some already have.(bada bam!)
george76:New York's newly minted governor says he had affairs with several women, including a state employee.Oh, okay, so, scratch that alibi.
BenLurkin:Including a state employee?Just wait, his wife will be in that category pretty soon now.
keepitreal:Went from one to several in less than 24 hours. And, one with a government worker. I guess the governors' office will be like the Clinton Oval Office. If it were Clinton's Oval Office, it would *be* several in less than 24 hours. /rimshot
The_Republican:LOL! He is playing with house money! Next guy in line is Bruno!I love it when a plan comes together.
PBRSTREETGANG:Now that would be some salt for Spitzer's wounds.
GOPologist:Great! I really hoped that Bruno might someday by NY's governor.
ElkGroveDan:Show of hands please: Everyone who has ever slept with the governor of a large state ...I think there's a website somewhere in NJ...
justiceseeker93:Well, at least he isn't gay - in so far as we know. So, we're just supposed to take *his* word for that? ;')
ItsForTheChildren:Don't think it's limited to dems. Remember, we have Obama because of Jack Ryan's, ah... proclivities.Because his divorce stuff was made public by a lawsuit and a pliable judge?
Marcella:A few past affairs (wife did it too) won't hurt him especially since he brought it out. An affair(s) is not the same as paying many thousands to an illegal prostitute ring.Oh, it's okay then. ;')
george76:...after a tumultuous year under Spitzer. Some were under him more than others.
Now he can screw everyone in the state.

sounds like he is already well on his way toward that end.
I don’t like what he did, and would not vote for a man like him. That said, this is really not a path we want to go down. With over 50% of married American men admitting they have cheated on their wives we can safely assume that we have a lot of high ranking officials who would be brought down as well.
