If it’s an individual right, it’s an individual right. Varying ages of majority for fundamental rights creates second-class citizens.

If they consider the inverse correlation between guns and crime, they should realize the utter failure of DC’s gun control efforts.

DC is essentially a Federal campus.

The Violence Policy Center and the Brady Bunch will be very disappointed with this radical and dangerous new interpretation of our rights.

Dellinger is up and immediately getting torched by Roberts. I do believe we’ve got a victory for us today.

I think we win this one. I also think that NFA, GCA68 are in danger here. And if both of these are in danger ten GCA86 is also in danger.
We could get a LOT more than we bargained for here.

Don't bet on it. The Supreme Court almost always takes baby steps.

Short time to remove trigger lock?
Yeah. if you can find the key while stumbling around in the dark.

Yeah, Roberts keeps nailing him on how impractical it is for a homeowner to fumble with getting a trigger lock off his home-dfense gun to confront an oncoming intruder.
Dellinger's toast!
