She was a nobody that became a somebody for a short time when she married Mik. You are no longer credible! You are back to being a nobody again who thinks she still is a somebody but sorry you loose
A study that has been debunked for the fraud that it is.
Iraq is anything BUT a failure.
Here's one comment:
I think you'll find that most Iraqi's, having experienced the US and UK's reign of terror, are, in fact nostalgic for Saddam. They had a far higher chance of survival in the US-engineered days of dictatorship than in the current US-engineered days of war crimes. But don't believe me, ask lots of Iraqis, like I did.
My bet is that this guy spoke to zero Iraqis.
what great successes has Congress accomplished over the course of the past 30 plus years? What accomplishments can DimocRATS point to over the past 30 years? Why is this arrogant coke addled moron not complaining about the poor performance of our government as a body over the past 30 years? Especially given that the Congress does not have to deal with an enemy who is blowing things up and indiscriminately killing citizens here in this country in an attempt do derail their successes (which is what the enemy has been attempting in Iraq for the past five years). What a load of BS. This woman needs to have her pen taken away from her and placed on meds (rather than being self-medicated).
TA TA
Wasn’t she involved with Torecelli and got Congress to pass the law that the CIA couldn’t deal with “dirty” informants?
How long is that utter falsehood going to continue? The facts are about 80K have been killed and mostly by the insurgency and al-Qaeda. In 2006 the coalition forces were responsible for approximatley 526 Iraqi deaths and in 2005 they were responsible for approximately 350 iraqi deaths.
(A hypothetical reporter)
I have no experience, usually no academic training in the field which I'm reporting on, but I do have very strong opinions and I know what our readers want to hear. I don't really investigate, and I hardly fact check. I write as if it's an editorial, I use harsh and shocking language, pictures in color are of course always good! I talk about controversial topics, and conflict is at the heart of any story I can sell. Without some conflict, there is no story. I often, in fact most of the times get my information from others and seldom am the primary source of facts, figures, testimony, or research. I more or less copy and paste on my computer, and like a South African colleague proved, you don't even have to be on the same continent to report on a war “from the front,” in Iraq. the article has to get peoples attention and be easy to read while on the pot. It can't be too long nor to short, like a music hit there is an ideal length. Real in depth reporting, that's not our business. We're busy and we're in a rush. The competition is fierce and he who's first wins. Being exclusive helps too. Even if this means we have to make unofficial deals with despots to supress the mureder of your own local employees, such as in Iraq with CNN, it's worthwhile since as CNN proved, being “exclusive” can make you a lot of money over the years. You don't really need any qualifications to be a journalist and essentially the product is qualitatively not much different than what's found on some decent web-blogs, but we look down on them. In fact, we sort of like ourselves and expect people to pander to us. We know the importance and significance we can have in elections, popular opinions etc. We do through our weight around and if we "personally" don't like you, that sure don't help, as Rumsfeld probably knew. Think about it, we're use to having Presidents pander to us, Clinton led the way, and we rewarded him dearly. Even if you lie, most of the time nothing will happen. Laws that protect sources, freedom of speech, and the desire just to let the matter fade away make most people even if wronged just sit there and take it, waiting for the $hit storm to pass over (The DoD does this all the time). Think about it! If they fight back that only keeps the story in the news. Often if it's a case where the government goes agaisnt you, it's immediately an issue that can be spun into some conspiracy or the big evil government shutting up the "watchdog of democracy." Isn't this a great “profession?”
