After Tuesday's primaries it's official Hillary Clinton has gotten up off the mat, and an opportunity to possibly finish her off has gone by the wayside. Just how much, if at all, this might have been due to Republican crossover voting in Texas is unclear. But one thing is not: The chances of a potential Clinton/Obama unity ticket, which would have the best shot of all possible tickets of spelling doom for the GOP in November, have just gotten better.
Yes, there is still the possibility of a Democratic civil war and intra-party meltdown, which was apparently the point of conservative crossover voters trying to keep Sen. Clinton's candidacy alive. Mathematically, it appears almost certain that neither she nor Sen. Obama can obtain the number of delegates needed to prevent a brokered convention and keep the nomination from going to the superdelegates to decide. But to presume that this will automatically get the fur flying is presuming a bit too much.

Or we will win.
One of those... :)
Those of us who listen to him regularly know that to be a fact and are astute enough to separate his serious comments from his absurd suggestions, which he uses to expose the absurd.
We are not all mind-numbed robots and suggest that if you listened more often, would not be advancing the presumption of same, much less the invective of Rush's perceived arrogance
His "talent on loan from God," is as accurate a statement for a Christian to accept as anything and as far as his bragging that he is accurate 99% of the time, while a slight exaggeration, has yet to be refuted with any degree of exposing his errors--and believe me, their are legions who hang on his every word in order to try and discredit him and in almost 20 years, have yet to even lay a glove on him.
Moreover, his bragging is not only tongue in cheek, but drives the moonbats crazy.
If we had a real nominee that people could support, I would agree with you.
“...to unleash their ideology and quid pro quo schemes from.”
I think you’re exactly right. We need to stop trying to think like liberal politicians. We can’t and that’s the reason we’re conservatives. I think they have to many tricks that we can’t even fathom. They’re of their father the Devil and we just can’t compete. Especially when we start trying to use our tactics.
If we lose this election, the responsibility lies squarely on RINO McCain!
God forbid he renounce any of his RINO ways and try to woo the conservatives. Instead RINO boy tries to woo voters away from the rats by being just like them.
Enough with the handwringing! There's no way Obama (with more delegates) can take her #2 spot without being an Uncle Tom. He won't take Hillary as his #2 either.
To remain viable, Obama MUST fight back against Hillary. This goes against what he supposedly stands for, so in the process HE becomes a hypocrite and looks bad.
Either she steals it and pisses off his base, or he wins it, and pisses off her base. Either way, half of them are pissed.
Rush is a genius!
In my opinion they did.
McCain winning is the worst possible scenario for the future. There will never be another Conservative nominee in our lifetimes.
IMO Obama is easier to beat (If McCain can beat ANYBODY) and not stopping the Clintons at the first opportunity is a very big mistake.
As far as a lot of Black voters are concerned, Hillary has been “Republican’d”, so they will extend the same support at the ballot box as they have your average Republican (well, maybe not that bad, but if McCain gets even 20-25% of the Black vote in protest, the election is over for the Democrat).
“They have to get a moderate to balance out the socialism.”
American’s aren’t afraid of socialism anymore. It’s all about personalities with a huge chunk of the electorate. “A woman and a black?” They’ll say. “How can we let this opportunity go?” The Hussein Hillary Hillary Hussein ticket is the perfect storms. “Oh, this ticket had Oprah and Al Gore’s endorsement.”
Hillary said she belongs at the pot of the ticket and BO said he would NOT accept the veep. This is turning out to be fun. Surely he has Arkancide on his mind.
Problem is, he ain’t. The most energized part of the base is behind him. You’re ignoring that, dude. More than a few of us 4 years ago believed his running statewide in IL would be toxic, a radical Marxist with a Mohammadan name, but he won a landslide.
“McCain winning is the worst possible scenario for the future.”

I am speechless.
Considering you actually *want* Marxists to win, it’s fair to say John McCain shouldn’t listen to your suggestions...
Perhaps your posts should come with a warning label:
“Defeatist on board”
/no sarcasm
Clintons are heavily implying the back-of-the-bus thing without Hussein having to say a thing,
Have you ever seen in fighting among liberals? They’ll pull together, for the good of communism. And conservatives who voted for Hillary will be partially to blame. You keep thinking this people are normal, they’re not. They’re lead by Satan and what’s good for Satan, they’ll do.
You should probably pay a little closer attention to what actually happened before ranting on.
The Republican crossover vote in Texas and Ohio was split between Clinton and Obama...in fact, if you bothered to actually listen to Rush, you would have heard many callers who identified themselves as Republicans state they were conflicted on who to vote for. In spite of your uninformed claim otherwise, Limbaugh had zip influence on the outcome of the election.
Bill won his 2nd term with only about 49% of the vote and that was against Dole/Perot. Do you actually think Hillary has more voter appeal than her husband had?
What people have to consider is that it’s not just hillary but bill that we are up against. If it were just her no problem. People aren’t voting for her. They’re voting for HIM or THEM at the very least.
And this corrupt machine is going to be very difficult to beat. Especially against a “stupid party” that won’t get down and dirty in return.
Bottem line, they cheat like none other.
Thanks for interfering rush.
B RUSH'S FAULT!?!?
IMHO, there is no stopping the klintons regardless of how they’ve done in the primaries. They will use every trick in the book to “steal” this nomination including MI and FL delegates and the superdelegates (wonder what kind of wonderful useful information she’s diggin up on them).
She very could have lost texas and a host of others, but as long as she remains within the margin of the FL, MI and SD’s, she’s in it for the long haul. NOTHING we can do, or could have done, would have finished her..
