After her ambushing a 70-year-old guy who defended himself from criminals, I'd say she got off light with just being fired. Stupid [bleep].

“And now I’m out of a job because of one interview? It’s like in one swoop it ruined my reputation. It ruined my name.”
Welcome reality sweetheart. Reporters cause this same grief many times a day, every day, all over the country with zero care, concern or repercussion.
It is nice to see the shoe on the other foot.

Let me just put it this way," she said. "I'm going to use any method I can to regain my reputation." Too late for that, honey. You have to start with a sincere apology to the 70-year-old man you bullied -- and you need to understand what you did wrong, before you can do that. From your comments peppered throughout the web, you are still totally clueless about what you did wrong, or indeed that you did anything wrong.

Good. What a drive by job on an elderly man who did nothing but defend his house from thieves! I say he deserves a medal!

Aguilar's Oct. 15th piece on 70-year-old property defender James Walton, who had just purchased a new shotgun outside a sporting goods store, prompted a flurry of bloggers and blog readers to brand her as bigoted, anti-gun, an ambusher and a "bitch" among kinder assessments. A since disabled video of her story on youtube.com still brandishes the headline, "Anti-white mexican reporter from Dallas, TX suspended."

Re:
"No doorbell, no knock on the door," said Aguilar, who had been on paid suspension since Oct. 16th following her controversial interview with an elderly West Dallas salvage business owner who had shot and killed two alleged burglars within three weeks time.
The interview had been hotly debated in both Dallas and around the country. Some accused Aguilar of "ambushing" a feeble old man; others said she had been aggressive, but not unduly so, in getting a story that rival stations also wanted on their newscasts. Had this been a White female or White Male reporter doing the same interview to a Latino or Black business owner who had shot and killed two alleged burglars within three weeks time, it would have been a quick firing with acclaim from every Liberal Democrat and MSM outlet!
If Obama, Billary and the Dems get back in power, expect it to be a federal 'Hate Crime' to dismiss any Latino or Black reporter for any reason at all.
