I love Billy, but had one person on the McCain staff taken they would have known his personality Instead, they saw “conservative” said, hey, we need to strengthen our conservative ties; and then BAM, they all shoot themselves in the foot.

It’s just poor campaigning on his part, in my opinion. If Hillary is the nominee, in order for McCain to win, he’ll have to do much, much better than he’s done so far as far as campaigning and alienating people. It’s almost as though he cannot help himself, but then I think he’s confident because his nomination has pretty much proven (at least in his mind) that conservatives are not necessary for him to win. I’m no McCain girl by any stretch but still; even GW knew strategery (haha) will get you everywhere.
This will be a fun election night because conservatives are in a win/win situation. If Hillary wins it increases the chance for a convention floor shoot out, if Obama wins then “ding-dong the witch is dead”. Forever. I got the corn poppin and the coffee brewing.

Breaking: Deal reportedly reached between the Hillary camp and that of Obama, Hillary will be allowed to to quit race if the election results are bad, a face-saving gesture if she suffers defeats in Ohio and Texas and the other states....insiders say that the Obama camp has offered Hillary the VP ticket if she drops out by noon this Friday EST!!!
Also, the VP will given more power and influence than before....a true “Co-Presidency”.......Developing
VP is a dead end for Hillary, at least as far as ever being president.
