Texas Republicans will Cancel Each Other
02-03-08 | Shenandoah

I've read a lot of posts on this forum dealing with Texas Republicans crossing over and voting in the Rat primaries. There seems to be two evenly divided camps here; those who want Hillary to win, and those who want Obama to win. If this is the case, then all of those votes will simply cancel each other out.

You may be right... but even in that case it’ll mess with the pollsters’ minds. :-)

Provided it is an even distribution. But no one seems to be polling that. Interesting to know for sure...

I think that it simply immoral to vote for democrats no matter what the so called justification.

Call me an idealist.

If you please, I’d prefer to be thought of as one of “those who want Hillary to LOSE”.

I voted in the early voting primary last week, and voted for Hunter. I was surprised that there about 10 names in the Republican list, including Hunter and Thompson.

I can think of one undesirable result from crossing over: it creates the impression that there are many more Democrats than there actually are—which will make them feel that they have a right to steal the same amount of votes in the general election.

Republicans had wanted to help prevent a second Clinton Presidency. But now, some want to prolong the Democrats’ Presidential contest.

I just can’t bring myself to vote for a Clinton; especially this one. I think Rush is wrong and playing with fire here. She most likely has already stolen a/o manufactured votes for her landslide win tomorrow. She practiced her smirk on SNL the other night - the one she’ll use in front of all the pundits who underestimate the illegal ways in which this corrupt senator of satan will go to win. It’ll be a repeat of New Hampshire.

Cut her off NOW!

Well, hopefully those Repubs who want to play in the Dim primaries can get rid of Billary -— that in itself would be a major contribution toward cleaning up Washington.

My sympathies, FRiend. The general election will be a distasteful experience for you.

Agreed, there is no logic that would cause me to vote for a marxist.

Nah, on second thought, we might as well sleep in and wait for the polls to open. :-)

There is an Elephant in the room but no one has noticed. This Elephant is not Republican.

Most Conservatives such as Rush Limbaugh are now view this race between a White Liberal Woman, White Liberal Man and Black Muslim.

They think White Liberal Guy has no chance, so next highest priority is to stop the Black Muslim.

Hillary will be your next President - Courtesy of Big Fat Loser Idiot.

It'll be Obama by 5-7%. Not a landslide but enough to get sHillary to STFU and limp away with a squeek by Ohio win.

The pressure will mount on her to toss it to OBaminator but she will keep blasting away at him like a bad Spy-VS-Spy episode and give The GOP enough ammo to stock up on, and yet keep the real powder dry for the last leg. IMO.

It seems to me I heard Potato Head Russert babbling about the large Democrat turnout in the primaries... In my little circle I know of many Pubs that voted Democrat just to end the beasts chance at the presidency.

We considered voting in the dim primary, but they stamp your voters card, and my husband found out that you are then considered a dim for at least one year. And if you ever want to run for any public office, that is on your record.
