I live in Ohio and am in a bit of a quandry. I do not care very much for McCain, but will probably hold my nose and vote for him in November if he chooses a true conservative as a running mate.
The fact that I hate Hillary and Obama is without question.
My quandry is this: McCain has the Republican nomination, so I'm thinking about voting for Hillary to help keep her in the race. From my perspective, keeping her in the race will severely damage the dimmocrap party for months to come.
It may also lead to Obama supporters staying home in November if she wins the dimmocrap nod.
The problem is, if she wins, I will not be able to sleep for four years.
yech! oh boy. i didn't know that. good God.
if this was dianne feinstein vs harold ford I might agree as they at least try to be reasonable. no, we’re dealing with 2 democrats who can really hurt this country.
It depends on what the meaning of “is” is...
You mean, should you pull an Ann Coulter? McNasty is a train wreck, a disaster in the making. If he picks Romney and promises his will only be a one-term presidency (which he’s not going to do between now and the election), pull the lever for McAmnesty. However, his ego won’t allow him to declare he’s just a one-termer. At 76, running for re-election? Nope. I think conservatives need to think forwardly on this election, what it will mean for 2012. Some do not think McCain is healthy enough to be President. The guy’s a loose cannon, an “A” personality.
But, most importantly to those of us opposed to his candidacy, is his pushing for amnesty for the 40 million illegals in the U.S. He will never back down from this, no matter what he says publicly now to get conservatives votes.
He will also keep the country at war in Iraq for years to come. Our country is broke, living on borrowed money. The market’s tanking. We need to get out of Iraq and leave Iraq to the Iraqis. We need our troops on the Mexican Border which is being invaded by 5,000 to 10,000 illegals every day, not to mention tons of drugs, gang bangers and other thugs.
Nope.
Hi, Friend!
I just don't believe this conventional spin. The MSM will spin and spin and spin the Dimm nominee into spitting distance of the Oval Office. They won't care if it's Obama or Mrs. Clinton.
Me? I prefer the nominee is Obama.
I don't fear an empty suit.
Keep her alive so Obama/Osama and her can deplete their coffers fighting each other. The millons of rat dollars they spend fighting each other now will be that much less for them to spend fighting us (gritting teeth) in November.
A civil war between Hillary supporters and Obama/Osama supporters has the potential of ripping the rat party in two. If she steals the nomination from Obama/Osama, there will be millions of blacks pissed as hell at the rat party they have been faithful to since FDR.
Everyone is scared of her. I personally believe that RINO McAmnsety will have an easier time beating Hillary than he will beating Obama.
I predict that if Hillary should win the nomination, she'll never win the election. Everyone believes Obama has it in the bag, and a Hillery win will be viewed as robbery of the first Legitimate Black President. Then all we'd have to do is pressure McCain to choose a young, healthy, and strong conservative running mate and we'll be in good shape, especially if McCain should develop a "cough".
Amen! And the Clintonista minions, too!
Vote for Nader.
That’ll show ‘em!
__________
I wouldn’t do that, but I would tell a pollster that I was voting for him. Nader’s very existance has a way of making democrats petulant.
say you are anti-tax cuts just like JFK and anti-war just like Harry Truman and FDR
YEAH and AMEN! I'm glad someone's brain cells have not been fogged by irrational emotions. Country first, party second. I'll never, ever, ever hold my country hostage over some infantile tantrum because my party/ideology didn't come in first.
The more these two battle the more they fracture the DNC and use up any $$$$ money they could’ve used heading towards Nov.
YES!
yes
The issues mean beanbag. Who pays attention to issues, anyhow?
If Hillary takes Texas and Ohio, she'll have unstoppable momentum. Her turncoat big names who have hopped on the Osama goat-wagon with their endorsements (Richardson today) will be clutching their hearts as they feel the pain tightening their chests.
While that scenario is to be looked forward to it's better to get Hillary out of the way now.....smother her with garlic and wolfbane. Worry about Osama later, he's so vulnerable it's delicious.
And don't vote for Hillary because you're salivating over the thought of riots at the Denver convention. It ain't gonna happen.
The entire history of the Donkey Party in presidential races is one of closing ranks....and things will never get that far to have Denver go up in a mushroom cloud.
Vote for B. Hussein Osama and sleep better afterwards.
Leni
The Clinton’s are greedy, immoral, and have a lust for power like few people. Have we forgotten the unending series of scandals and abuses of power they heaped upon the American people? If she gets in again, they will use their “experience”, and multiply the abuse of the public trust to their benefit. We will think it is a re-occuring nightmare.
Obama is scary, but with the new media, he can exposed for what he is; a socialist with a shadowy past and Muslim sympathies. The McCain campaign can beat Obama. He will be easily painted as a black George McGovern, only less patriotic.
Cross over and vote for Obama. Hilly needs to go down!
Vote against Kucinich (I'm in his district).
Vote against Hillary.
She is NOT! (No matter how deeply WE despise her)
End her political viability NOW!
