Tim Russert went into this debate with an agenda to attack Hillary from the opening bell, and that he did. She was on the defensive for most of the night, defending comments she.....

Finally someone else saw what I did. A moderator is not supposed to adopt a hostile attitude to the candidate, then fight and argue with her, waving papers in her face. That is for the other candidate to do.

Can't stand Hillary but this was a set up by Brian and Tim, playing the bully so the sweet Obama does not get soiled.

This is just the kind of tactics they used with Romney, who just happened to have the ability to turn the spit back in their own faces. Hillary can't do it.

That said, it is good to see the Clintons receive their own medicine.

Yeah, sometimes there is justice in the world. It is very nice to see the MSM media dogs turning on their former masters. Hillary and her domestic partner Bill must be seething. Hopefully, there will be additional outbursts and these people will become pariahs even in their own party. That would be nice too. They deserve nothing less.

Boo Hoo!!! Stop picking on the girl. Give me a break. This is the same woman who had no trouble firing the career personnel in the WH travel office and forcing them to leave in a van without seats or destroying the lives of Bill's bimbos.

Hillary has been given a pass by the MSM. Prior to her fall in the polls, she set up all the rules for her "audiences" with the media. If she decided when she wanted to go on the Sunday talk shows, she just snapped her fingers and got on immediately.

Imagine asking the Queen why she hasn't released her tax returns [nor has McCain] or confronting her with facts about her support of NAFTA [signed into law by her husband] or failure to carry through on campaign promises. The very fact that she is now being treated like a normal candidate is seen as bullying by some shows how twisted and distorted this all is.

Obama was asked hard questions about Farakhan's support, his statement to farmers on NAFTA, his liberal record, etc. They showed him in Somali garb but no picture of Hillary in a hajib.

I am tired of Hillary playing the victim card and even more tired of those who believe it. I guess it is another vast right wing conspiracy by the MSM, the same one that took her husband down over Monica.

She must have called Russert's boss after he tripped her up on drivers licenses in the other debate.

That's tough sh!t on her part. In that infamous MSNBC debate last fall Russert asked the question about whether or not Hillary Clinton supported the plan by the governor of New York to give drivers' licenses to illegal aliens. It was a direct question, a relevant one (illegal immigration has been a major political topic in the U.S. in recent years, and Clinton is, after all, one of the U.S. senators from New York), and it was an absolutely unbiased question.

The Clinton campaign spent the better part of the following week personally attacking Russert, suggesting that he and the other candidates had "ganged up on her" because she was the only woman on the stage, etc.

Eff every one of them. Russert had absolutely every reason to treat this woman as the steaming pile of horse sh!t that she is. In fact, I think he was very mild in his approach. If I were in his position, the first question I would have asked would have been: "Hey, Hillary -- why in heaven's name did you show up here for this debate wearing so much makeup? Did you need a highway crew to paint that sh!t on, or what?"
