Nader hints at an announcement (Sunday?)

Ralph Nader's exploratory committee just emailed his list: that he'll be on Meet the Press Sunday. Wonder what he's gong to talk about.

From the email:

As you know, we've been exploring the possibilities in recent weeks.

And here's one question that keeps coming up:

What's been pulled off the table by the corporatized political machines in this momentous election year?

Answer:

Cutting the huge, bloated and wasteful military budget, adopting a single payer Canadian-style national health insurance system, impeaching Bush/Cheney, opposing nuclear power - among many others.

Who will pick up these issues and put them back on the table?

Hope you get a chance to tune in to watch Ralph Nader this Sunday on Meet the Press.

Has anyone seen Ralph Nader and Dennis Kucinich in the same room?

Oh please let it be! I’ve also been hoping for an Algore candidacy to muddle things up on the other side.

Please God - Obama ahead just slightly going into the dem convention - Hillary takes it with the super delegates. Nader runs as a third party. Now THAT would be a great November to remember...

His campaign won’t last long. I doubt he’ll draw enough voters to have much of an effect on the democrat race. Even the DUmmies have disowned him.

I voted for Nader in 2000. W didn’t need my help in Texas, and I figured if Nader’s numbers got high enough he might even get federal money to help split up the liberal vote in 2004 and beyond.

I hope he’s back.

Let us all thank Ralph for the lives he has saved in America. If he hadn't run in 2000, most of his Florida moonbat supporters would have voted for Gore giving us President Gore to deal with 9/11 and the likely successful follow-on attacks.

Frankly, America needs him to run so he can siphon off some of the far left crank and quixotic votes from Hillary (not likely to be the nominee (her willingness to suck up to Obama last night shows she and Bill know it (”I’m honored, honored.”)) and not doom America to Obama.

It would be nice to see him split the ding-a-ling vote.

Run Ralph, run! This election is going to be very tight, and McCain needs all the help he can get.
