“he stated something like “isn’t it true that Mormons think that Jesus is Satan’s brother,” deliberately taking some LDS doctrine out of context”

Mormons DO believe that Jesus and Satan, both created beings to mormons, are spirit brothers.

... which, of course, if false.

This is NOT what the Bible teaches this is what the LDS teaches almost exclusively (The reformed LDS may teach similarly). True Christianity has NEVER taught this abhorent doctrine. But that, and the occult origins of the LDS, will have to await for tonight.

You’ll never guess, but in the South, they praise the Lord when dinner tastes good! Can you believe it?

It is your opinion. People change. You assume a person must have been born pure to be a conservative. You assume people are not capable of changing their views. You are irrationally blinded by hate for some reason.

I can keep this up all day. It is your opinion.

Huck was about to give McCain a close race in Ohio, Texas, North Carolina, Miss, Indiana, Nebraska, and Kentucky—all coming up.

Gotta wonder what liberal Romney gets for the deal?

Now Obama Hussein and Hidlebeast will suck up every last minute of media attention. Romney’s liberal record just got even worse.

Why on earth would the backers want his votes to go to Huckaphoney? Mitt did the right thing in his choice of the least worst betweeen two bad candidates.

We disagree. McCain is also beneath contempt. He and Huck were in on it together against Mitt, and he isn’t going to win.

Remember when all the Huckabee Haters were accusing Huckabee of staying in the race just so that he could carry McCain's water?

Isn't irony sweet?

Color me completely fed up with politicians.

Our strongest advocate against illegal immigration and for border security, Duncan Hunter, endorsed pro-amnesty Huckabee when he dropped out.
Now, new convert to a hard-line immigration stance Mitt Romney endorses the biggest pro-amnesty sleaze in either party, John McCain.

It appears plain as day to me that getting amnesty for Mexican and other Hispanic illegals is the driving force behind the GOP these days, and the only acceptable platform for a Republican candidate.

I’m changing my registration to Independent, thanks to each and every phony Republican candidate.

McCain is the nominee.

Yep. Can't believe I'm left with no choice but him, or sitting out. Not that it will matter. Obama will take the DNC nomination and clean McCain clock.

McCain doesn't just have few skeletons in his closet, he has an entire boneyard in the Arizona desert. The media will have a field day showing them all in minute detail.

Whenever he was asked about the success of his campaign and claimed divine providence as the reason. How folks are backing this guy is beyond me, let alone claiming he’s a “conservative” while doing it.

I think it's something to do with this religion called "Christianity." It's based on the teachings of this person named Jesus, the Christ. He taught of a God who was real and actual Lord of Heaven and earth, from the vast starry heavens down to the fall of a sparrow.

Ought to check into it sometime.

Romney is the most interesting politician right now, except for Obama. He is playing for 2012 and this was an interesting move. I think he will not take the VP nod if he gets an offer. The prospects for a win are dim and the prospects for a landslide are very possible. He is paving the way for 2012 with this move.

You could be right. I keep going back and forth in between thinking McCain can win this thing and Mitt should be his VP to thinking there is no way that McCain can win. I don't think a majority of people will choose Hillary, but the jury is still out on Obama. It is too soon to tell.

amen... Hildabeast and the Cokehead are nitwits...

Time to start looking at McCain's positive points... like?

Still smarting from the loss of my guys:

1. Duncan Hunter -> 1st choice
2. Fred Thompson -> 2nd choice
3. Mitt Romney -> 3rd choice

I hope John McCain picks the one of my top 3 who is strong on the economy and strong on getting rid of the illegal aliens.

If he doesn't, he'll end up being just the guy who had the most Republican delegates.

“The fact is, he lied to us. If you want to accept that, then go ahead. I call it what it is.”

No, what you do is name call. You are a spinner - like Huckabee. If you can justify calling someone names as a Christian, who by the way is an ordained minister, I feel sorry for your flock.
