We tightened up on the Syrians yesterday. When will we put a smack down on Iran. How much terror support can they get away with?

A murky suggestion,
the incident was Arab in origin.
Another attack on Jordan?
"Moderate arab countries" is a pretty short list. I guess he could be talking about Abu Dhabi, but I doubt it. So I say Jordan, which means Jordanian intel, which opens the door to both US or Israeli involvement. Or Saudi. Or all of the above.
Or maybe the throw-away comment about “moderate arab countries” is disinformation. Imad was planning a strike on Israel, and mossad got him first, but the story about attacks on arabs is thrown out there to muddy the water a bit.

Now we’re getting down to it....... The plot is really thickening. The Kuwaties are getting Mossad of the hook.
There is no evidence that we did it.
This article increases the list of possibles to include all the Moderate Arab states being plotted against. That includes Egypt and Saudi Arabia and possibly Jordan.

Of course you’re right. I was being a smart-aleck. But if Hezbollah is planning the strike, with Syrian support, its probably into a neighboring state.
They’ve attempted to send chemical truck bombs into Jordan in the past, so that’s one candidate. Lebanon is a very obvious candidate. Israel another.
My throw-away comment about Abu Dhabi tips my hat toward the Emirates, all of which are moderate and in middle eastern terms quite nice places. But I doubt they are Hezbollah’s targets.
Then there is Iraq, your neck of the woods I believe. Syria and Iran play both sides of that one, Syria feeding the sunni side of the equation and Iran the shia side, both halves meeting in the middle. But again, and you’ll know better than I, I expect if its Hezbollah, its not there.
Actually, the more I think about it, the more Lebanon seems the likely target. They are the only ones putting Hezbollah under any immediate pressure. That would be the logical place to strike, maybe an attempt to take down the head of state.
