the incident was Arab in origin.
Another attack on Jordan?
"Moderate arab countries" is a pretty short list. I guess he could be talking about Abu Dhabi, but I doubt it. So I say Jordan, which means Jordanian intel, which opens the door to both US or Israeli involvement. Or Saudi. Or all of the above.
Or maybe the throw-away comment about “moderate arab countries” is disinformation. Imad was planning a strike on Israel, and mossad got him first, but the story about attacks on arabs is thrown out there to muddy the water a bit.
or the Mossad assassination was assisted by Arab intel cooperation given because Arabs were informed that attacks against them were in the works.
