A foreign policy adviser to Senator Obama is scheduled to arrive in Syria today as the leader of a RAND Corp. delegation.
Zbigniew Brzezinski will travel to Damascus for meetings as part of a trip Syria’s official Cham News agency described as an “important sign that the end of official dialogue between Washington and Damascus has not prevented dialogue with important American intellectuals and politicians.”
I wonder which type of “dialogue” will be most effective?
.45 caliber or 2000 lb. laser guided diplomacy
Treason is as treason does.
Good Lord --- surely the Arabs don't regard Brzezinski or Obama as "intellectuals"!!!
Let us not forget - he was Carter's National Security Advisor, and rarely got ANYTHING right....
Zbigniew Brzezinski ??
He was Jimmah Cahrter’s Foreign Policy honcho...Smart man but boy was he ever an egotist...He knew better than anybody else how to handle East Europe...He mouthed the anti-communist words alright, then he would turn around and say something like: ‘but they are ok’....Like What ?? Kruschev was OK..Brezhnev the drunk was OK ?...The Poles need Russia ?...why ?...things like that..a kook...
Can’t believe Obama would use him as foreign policy advisor..Are the Dems that short on foreign policy experts?..
