“We can replace the defective products, and offer new or refurbished equipment. We can do this without cost to the buyers. We can cover the equipment for one year, and the picture tube for two years”. We offer hope that all americans can receive universal warranty coverage”.
CNN tv just called it for Obama, winning by 75% to 25%
looks like 49% reportig in...small print
Maybe for his next speech, Obama can read the fine print on the backside of my credit card bill.
I have premonitions about Obama. Not good ones, either.
Bill may not be able to take this. He has been out-starred, out-smarted and out-voted. How will he ever get over this.
The Dems are energized. Look at the turnout numbers across the country.
The only way McCain has a chance to win is if Hillary pulls a backroom deal at the convention and gets the nomination. Blacks will be enraged, they’ll either stay home or vote Repub just to spite her.
Obama just said it.
Personally if it is McCain and Obama, I won’t vote for McCain to vote against Obama. But I also won’t vote for Obama, I will just leave it blank, or vote a 3rd party.
I vote. I don’t understand others who don’t because they think the result is preordained. I suppose folks might come out in November that didn’t now, but if I were the RP, I’d be viewing this with concern.
“that’s what happens when we use 9/11 to scare up votes”
that really ticks me off!
Stop the mindset that got us into war = be nice to terrorist.
Energized to dump Her.
People hate Hillary. Some vote Obama because they hate her, some because they just don’t want to take any chances of her being the nominee.
McCain was already considered the winner, so a lot didn’t really care about the republican primary. I know we talked a lot here about there still being some sort of race, but in truth McCain stopped campaigning, and people have mostly moved on.
We were supposed to have some republican at our polling place handing out literature for a conservative running for Tom Davis’s seat, but I guess they decided there just wouldn’t be enough republicans showing up to make a difference.
McCain is no Eisenhower, and he doesn’t need to satisify me. I’m just saying, if Conservatives don’t at least give a show of force, even if we lose this election, the message will be one of “you can get by with anything, we’re too weak to fight you. Go ahead and nominate whomever you wish, we will roll over and take it one more time.”
Think he would be worse then Clinton Inc?
I am waiting to see the running mate choice. But I know I can’t hold my nose tight enough to vote for a communist/socialist/marxist RAT.
I do too. I have serious concerns for all three of the remaining possible candidates this fall. It’s very ugly.
Ikes daughter is a Obama supporter.
It would really surprise me if Obama was able to beat McCain in Virginia. I agree McCain has trouble against Obama nationally, and he’s going to need help, but McCain I think will do pretty well here in Virginia. We elected John Warner after all, and McCain is a lot like John Warner.
PBS is now calling Ontario and Manitoba for Obama. Damn, I didn’t even know Canadians could vote in a presidential election. But you learn something new every day I guess...
