Please, save your dribble for someone who doesn't know any better. My teacher is the Holy Spirit, not you.

I did report the personal and profane attack, btw.

Personal/profane attacks? For a 2 day newbie, you sure know your way around. I never reported anyone for anything. But you have a DEEP SEEDED NEED to control, twist, manipulate - so I will pray for you to forgive those that tortured you in your past.

Now go sit at your McCain altar alone for I worship no man!

Cheney had his guys in there with them, and they did a lousy job.

Same old Huckster, still spinning the same rabidly ignorant mythology.

Too bad your fundamental ignorance of all factual reality is only exceeded by your arrogant certainty of your own intellectual infallibility.

Your assessment of the current US position in the world could not be more wrong. Currently the US is in the best strategic and political position it has ever been. Could some things have gone better?

Sure! They can always go better. They can also go much much worse. You can argue the Bushies did this or that bad on Domestic Policy. To try and argue against the Bushies on National Security grounds borders on the moronic.

Your fundamental problem is you confuse your emotion based rabid hate for Bush for facts. They aren't facts, they are feelings. Learn the difference.

McCain’s broken limbs are as important as Bush’s alcoholism

You just outed yourself clown. Wander back to DU, we have no time for your sort of rabid bigoted ignorant hate.

It's a troll. Please don't validate its pathetic empty existence, living in it's mother basement fantasying about having a sex life that actually involved another live human some day, by feeding it.

An Internet troll, or simply troll in Internet slang, is someone who posts controversial messages in an online community, such as an online discussion forum, with the intention of baiting other users into an emotional response. [1]

Re: Denton’s book.

Sorry, I thought Reaganism was a given on FR.

No goose-stepping implied, inferred or intimated.

Romney’s record is just as annoying and his religion would have been used by the Dems to indict him of being in a cult — and then stealing the Christian vote.

The Cult of Personality seemed to be more about Romney than McCain. And I do mean that in the old time Commie way. A Mormon and prochoicer and progay guy? OMG.

Boring, tedious, predictable sorts like yourself had all sorts of snappy line

As your post indicates, you assume to know. Seems the snappy lines is what got your attention. I guess you like boring.

Bottom line - saying Cheney should eat a steak and keel over is not the sort of person I want to post to. If I want that hatred, the MSM is able and more than willing.

He said from the very start that he would back the Republican nominee, like everyone else he assumes it will be McCain. Mitt will back him too, in his speech he said “for the good of the party”, just like Fred.

They’re all about the party but I am not disappointed that I backed Fred.

But even with Fred’s backing, I won’t vote for McCain.

intention of baiting other users into an emotional response.

Exactly! Even an 'imagined' one for the desperate is good enough.

I am still astonished at the anti McCain vitriol.

Find it interesting that someone who has such a bigoted, ignorant hate for Bush seems to blindly worship the Obstructer in Chief John McCain.

You do realize that the reason, even though they held the White House and the Congress for most of the last 8 years, the GOP agenda seems to have gone no where is because John McCain spent most that time working with Democrats to kill it? That he did so calculating that by doing so he would improve his chances of winning the White House in 2008 as a "moderate" candidate?

Amazing how the SAME people who come here and scream about party loyalty aren't interesting in holding John McCain accountable for his decade of rabid disloyalty to the GOP.

You do realize, I hope, that politically you are about as ignorant as it is possible to be.

Here is why you McCainbots are provoking such vitriol.

We don’t like being lied to. You all come here screaming this cult of personality fraud about McCain. We know better. We know his real record.

That he served bravely 40 years ago does not change one iota the facts of his political record for the last decade.

Fine, you McCainics worship the guy for his service. Good for you. That does not qualify him to be President.

Based on his political record, Conservatives have deep serious reservations about why they should support him.

Go read McCain Lieberman. A Republican Presidential Candidate running on a promise to raise the gas tax $.50 to fight the myth of man made global warming?

Even you McCainbots have to admit that is a substantial, serious move away from the Reagan legacy!

But blessings on you and your friend for seeking out the truth in love about this Presidential Race. The country needs our prayers.

“I don’t get it. But at least, McCain sort of admitted his bill was at odds with the American People. Unlike Bush who just dug in his heels and pouted.”

Sort of admitted? hey, I didn’t sign up on FR 2 days ago to push the Bush agenda.

“McCain’s broken limbs are as important as Bush’s alcoholism.”..... No, they aren’t. What on earth does mclame’s broken limbs have anything to do w/ the presidency? Sympathy? Are you trying to get a sympathy vote? If so, I think you need the DUmmie site, not this one.

Well, we all know they’ve been friends for a long time now. I guess I just have my head in the clouds and since I thought he was the best candidate, he did as well ;therefore, would not nominate anyone (he did say he was tired of politics as usual).

But, life goes on. I am not disappointed in any support I gave him ( I previously posted I wish I knew before hand so I could have given that money to my cc), but that was said in anger and I was wrong to have said it.

This is America and we are all free to choose. Just don’t lie to me and try to twist facts or pretend someone’s previous record does not exist (that does not apply to you, lol).

So what about outstaying an intitial welcome?

Partisan Republicans began migrating to this site as FR went after Slick Willie. Initially, Republicans enjoyed the spirit of the forum but eventually their partisan habits reappeared and they drifted back to their old ways.

Winning became the sole objective as the mob marched to victory. Soon, Republican subscribers were fronting for foreign/domestic moderates/liberals. These resurrected partisans urged and harangued conservatives to surrender their principles and further the Republican cause. They began vouching for the likes of Schwarzenegger, McCain and Romney, swearing them to be conservative and therefore worthy of our vote.

These obstreperous guests were warned that they would outstay their welcome if the behavior continued. Alas, they paid little heed. One night, as they harangued conservatives over principled objections to both Giulani and the Austrian, the ax fell. Poof, they were gone.

Like minded Republican partisans are again being warned.
