His general campaign manager, Warren Rudman (sp?), was THE GUY who recommended Souter to Bush I because he was a conservative. Do you know how Souter turned out? He was a moderate that just kept going left. I don’t trust McCain at all about this. Especially not when Rudman is running the campaign for him.
