Don't know, but now that's the important question not many are asking. Glad you posted that. It really becomes important no matter how things shake out in the Presidential race. Congress matters.

I needed to look at something like that too after watching Hitlery spewing what she plans to do in the whitehouse including carbon credits, taxes on oil company profits, forcing car MPG standards, and removing any tax cuts.
