Does anyone know if McCain is going to have more than 50% in the WTA states. No state should be WTA unless they get a majority.

Where is a viable third party? Because there is no way I am voting for McCain.

“Rush said Huckabee didn’t matter. I wonder if he’s eating those words now”

Rush was right. Huckabee will only knock off some Southern states where single issue voters are easily duped. In the large scheme of things he will be forgotten except for assisting Liberal McCain loses big in the general election.

Exactly -- I could not have put it better myself.

To me, the question for conservatives is whether we are willing to give up 4 years of the presidency to do the really hard work at the grass roots to develope conservative candidates and a consistent message of pro-growth, pro-life, pro-security (military and borders) and pro-freedom.

I would rather spend the next four years of our time and effort rebuilding the party than supporting a RINO who has done nothing but tear it down.

I’m with you. I have been disgusted with most of them. And now the last few days they’ve been BEGGING the listeners to vote against McCain and Huckabee in full-throttle panic mode. They cut off any caller that isn’t a Romney fan. They don’t seem to understand that a lot of us cannot be excited by what’s left, and many are simply DONE.

I received several RoBo calls from McLame and he stressed his securing the border. He blows smoke.
Then there are those who bought into his line.

Romney/Huckabee? No chance of that.

McCain/Huckabee is a clear threat, though.

The country clubbers are voting for McCain.

Romney has developed some conservative positions, regardless of the past, which are anathema to country clubbers. (No doubt some military are also voting McCain because of that aspect which Romney doesn’t have.) The country clubbers see McCain, not Romney, as the most likely vehicle to get their way.

Huckabee is throwing a monkey wrench in. The country clubbers do not like that aspect of this at all, and actually, neither does McCain, who was trying just to use Huckabee against Romney.

Romney has big bucks and is from the East, but he doesn’t fit the country clubbers agenda at this point. So careful with the word country clubbers when it comes to who is voting for whom and what their motives are.

Allright, here’s to everyone, McCain in AZ has lots of issues. McCain pushed through the new NFL stadium by pushing the FAA to approve, yada, yada, yada. The stadium used $305 million in taxpayer dollars. Guess who gets the exclusive NFL contract for beer? Cindy McCain. Hello!!!!

Say it aint so! Not anti-pork "conservative" McCain?

Huck is the big winner. I first thought that Huck was McCain’s Monica Lewinski. It occurs to me that Romney and McCain can’t afford to treat Huck like trailer trash. Huck will be courted, wined and dined, and treated like the Duchess of Windsor. Huck has gone from the outhouse to the penthouse. The MSM will be creaming in their jeans.

How can you assert that Republican voters “settled” for someone. I voted for the person that I felt most represented me. Are you saying you didn’t?
