that ... and they (conservative talking heads) have totally avoided talking about Romney’s record, flip flopping positions, and his recent panderings in the primaries (that indicates he is anything but a conservative). What gives?!
But we KNOW that McCain will govern as a liberal. He’s proven it time and time again.
McCain is the best conservative around when he needs conservative votes.
Right now the way the night is going, I’m starting to see the potential for a Romney/Huckabee ticket. McCain is the only guy people have said they absolute will not support. And other than liberal places like NY, NJ and CT which the GOP has no chance to win, McCain doesn’t have a lot of support.
It’s Romney and Huckabee that are winning the traditional Rep states like the south and the mountain states and it’s Romney that is doing well in the purple states like Michigan and Maine.
Plus Huckabee gets rid of Romney’s “mormon” problem.
NBC News declares McCain gets OKlahoma.
Exactly right. I, too, have my ‘moderate’ issues. But John McCain basically ran over all Republicans with a bus in his hurry to ‘work with the Democrats.’
So your argument is with the RNC and how they gave money to candidates other than those running for the Presidential ticket.
I can understand your frustration there. But as far as I know the only race being fought out tonite is for the Office of President.
You may disagree, but I think Rush is probably helping Romney. It may not be enough in the end, but Rush HAS reached deep into himself and summoned up the courage to endorse a candidate he likes.
I just think he should have found that courage earlier. It may be too late now.
I doubt it. I think he’s done. I’d vote for him in a heartbeat, though.

Third party may be the only way for disaffected voters to have an influence on the two major parties.
My point is they can’t be trusted to work in the best interest of Republicans.

We won’t lose 50 bu in 2012, we lose in a landslide and we will get a realignment...these things move slowly but the iceberg is set free.
I agree. I keep getting emails about donations but I send them back with a “no way” written on them and explain why I will never send them any money.
