Well...maybe we will get a McClaim..Huckelberry ticket? RUSH would be in seventh heaven!

FRED will always be, in my opinion, the very best candidate we could have had. The MSM would not stand for it and chose McClaim and Huckelberry.

Happy Republican night!!!

OOPS...LOL I was replying to this:

Allright, here’s to everyone, McCain in AZ has lots of issues. McCain pushed through the new NFL stadium by pushing the FAA to approve, yada, yada, yada. The stadium used $305 million in taxpayer dollars. Guess who gets the exclusive NFL contract for beer? Cindy McCain. Hello!!!!

Google McCain-Anheuser-Busch, Cindy McCain, etc.

This whole election makes me wonder about how “christian” some Christians are. Scary.

Me too. I have to reassess whether this is one thing the liberal media is right about.

She should pistol-whip the fool who did her makeup.

Which makes Romney’s argument that Huckabee is taking votes away from him even more absurd.

McCain has such a big ego, I don’t think he’ll choose a VP. The Maverick would prefer to go it alone, I’m sure.

It wouldn’t surprise me to learn the “emerging church” apostates had a lot of sway.

"Laura looks pretty good."

She always does.

I do not care what she says though, McCain ain't getting my vote.

The differences that we are seeing will not fade away.

Neolibertarians. I think that we should follow the psuedocryptoneolibertarians. They are secretly not against any foreign entanglements.

Permit me. Cindy is his second wife. McCain met Cindy when he was still inconveniently married to wife #1. Wife #1 was horribly injured in a car accident and John just couldn’t deal with it, sniff, sniff. McCain met Cindy at a cocktail party in Hawaii, (why he was there without his wife and family no one knows) anyway, after that, it was “true love”. Btw, Cindy’s father owned the 2nd largest Budweiser distributorship in the country. McCain “traded up”. The dems will have a field day with this one.

The way Huckabee and his supporters have been speaking lately, (Huck just yeaterday) yes, I have heard a great deal of religious bigotry from them. McCain, too, with his “Romney is not Christian” phone bank calls. Look at just FR posters, and I believe FR is less prone to bigotry than most. This bigotry is rancid. I’ve never heard anything remotely similar from any Mormon, even when they were trying to convert me.

I am extremely sad that we aren’t able to strictly look at a man’s accomplishments and that we don’t allow his spiritual motivations to be private. As a poster on the earlier thread said, I don’t have any problem with people opposing Romney because he was governor of a liberal state, but sadly that is not the reason many have opposed him - which amounts strictly to bigotry, and both Huckabee and McCain have been encouraging that bigotry for their political advantage.

This is abhorrent to me.
