The Obama Honeymoon will soon fade when his positions on the issues are eventually known. Right now the folks are swooning for "change," "hope," his speaking skills and the Oprah Factor. Do Americans really want to trust him with our national defense? Are they ready for higher taxes? Drivers licenses for illegals? And the list goes on.
If you still feel upset, think about this: Do you realllllly think that Clinton Inc. will join Obama on the campaign trail and let him get Mrs. Clinton's crown? That enough should calm your nerves.
Lastly, I suggest prayer and a good stiff drink.

Just voted Romney here in Georgia. Hardly anyone there but they said it was steady throughout the day. No exit polling in place.

If [Romney] only had a few more weeks to boost his national credibility.I'm hoping he will do well enough today to buy those few more weeks.
I just went and cast my California vote for Mitt. I was filled with pride to learn that, even though I don't speak Spanish, accomodation was made for me to vote in my native language.

Wait until the American people see him on the soapbox of La Raza identifying with their plight. I can’t wait to see him squirm out of that one. Thats why we need Mitt to resurrect himself the next day or two and steal the nomination. He has the money to drown out the media and confront Obama on his excessive liberal ‘vices’. LOL McCain will have to take the high road if he’s matched up with O.

I am worried re same. Look for Rescue Remedy at a pharmacy or health food shop; harmless, effective treatment for anxiety.
At the moment, I am concentrating on a win for Romney today.

Barf Alert. FOX is running a Pro-Romeny election day infomercial.
Sean is such a wheenie. Ann Coulter has lost it. I was a big fan of hers, but this is crazy.

First of all...I think you’re right.
In a fashion.
Yes Obama now looks unstoppable. Somebody this morning referred to Obama as the Dem’s Ronald Reagan.
For the Dems have had basically no one they can admire and take pride in for...how long? You think they’re proud of Jimmy Carter? Bill Clinton? Come on...they tolerate that pervert. You think Hillary’s got the making of heroism?
Of course not.
Now comes Obama. Who doesn’t look too awful black. He doesn’t talk like he’s from the ghetto and, in fact, he talks a pretty good game.
But let Obama get the Dem nomination and soon enough it will be discovered that he has feet of clay.
Don’t forget this guy’s middle name is Hussein. And his other names are Barack Obama. This is not a name that’s gonna run away with an election. It might be a novelty to the Dem libs and don’t misunderstand. Given time and a decent voting record, a Barack Obama sure could be president.
But a nobody with little legislative history?
Not this year.I’d vote for Hillary over Obama if someone held a gun to my head.
If someone held a gun to my head and told me to vote for either McCain or Obama....well I’d tell them to go ahead and shoot.

I love Mitt and gladly voted for him. As for Fox, have you ever seen “Huck & Friends?” And this morning the Friends were just gushing over Mrs. Clinton and Obama.

Here’s my story. Got to the polling place at 6:30AM on my way to work. Nobody else around. Got into the polling place and they couldn’t find my name on the list. *Remembers signing up as independent many years ago. Can’t remember switching to republican party*. After call to city hall, Sorry Mr. McGruff you are registered as unaffiliated. I ask can I switch today. They say no.
Bottom line I couldn’t vote but I would have voted for Romney. From the polls I’ve heard McCain will win CT. His buddy Lieberman lives here and is popular.

That was my thought as well - In addition, if someone doesn’t know who Mitt Romney is, lives in the NE and has a body temp approximating 98.6 they probably need their voting rights denied on grounds of gross incompetence/ignorance. With each right comes a responsibility. Obviously these people are irresponsible.

I thought that was the same as independent, in fact in my state of NC there is no such thing as registering independent, its called unaffiliated.

I didn't think about that. I am about to go vote here in CA for Romney. It will indeed be tough to see Fred Thompson on that ballot. I hope and pray we can bring in California for Mitt.
Wouldn't tonight be great if epithets and ashtrays were flying around both the Clinton & McCain headquarters???
