As far as Mitt’s inconsistencies, I don’t think he is a staunch conservative on all issues such as the social issues, but you have to cut him some slack because in order to get elected in Massachusetts you have to jump through all kinds of politically correct flaming hoops

So what you are saying is, he had to lie to get elected to be gov in Mass?

>>AND, it says NOTHING about not granting amnesty<<

Wrong, see item #14.

>>And, it is almost pointless, due to the final statement.<<

Can we say RINO Romney, RINO Huckabee and RINO McCain?

I think Romney is the best of the RINO’s. I think we could work with him. Don’t tell yourself that the other two are solid conservatives because they are not. They have been all over the place as well.

Providing "a pathway to citizenship" is NOT the same as granting amnesty...just ask McCain.

By signing this document, I express to the American people that I understand the challenges of ending illegal immigration, I am personally committed to that goal, and I will take the actions reasonable and necessary to achieve it.

Ending illegal immigration is not doing anything about getting rid of the millions already here; and "reasonable and necessary" are in the mind of the weasel interpreting the phrase.

It IS meaningless noises, meant to placate, without committing to anything concrete. The whole thing is carefully worded to mean almost nothing in the way of real commitment.

My other senator is a republican, Shelby, but he is also an ex-dimocrat. So, I still half way don’t trust the guy.

It seems that you are right. It appears that it was McCain who hired Hernandez.
Huckabee opened up a Mexican embassy in Arkansas. Huckabee also made some deals between Arkansas businesses and Mexico.http://arkansasgopwing.blogspot.com/2008/01/could-mexico-cabinet-member-serve-as-us.html

RINO Romney ordered the police to arrest illegal aliens anfd turn them into ICE just ONE MONTH before he left office

The next Gov rescindered the order

For the first FOUR YEARS of his term, RINO Romney never bothered to stop illegal immigration or the sanctuary cities in Mass

So is Huckabee your guy? Huckabee has made all the familiar mewling noises to gain the Hispanic (Mexican) vote. What do you think of the joke that Huckabee made before LULAC when he said that someday people that looked like him (White guys) would be a minority. This is very disturbing to me. What do you think of this comment?

Yep, Senator Sessions fought the battle with the rest of us. He WAS a leader. Put his money where his mouth is.

Would be better than anyone out there at this time as a candidate fot POTUS!
