Tulsa, OK-

Mike Huckabee, frustrated with the argument brought by his rival Mitt Romney , and some conservative commentators, that a vote for Huckabee would split votes from Romney, and help front runner John McCain, fired back, hitting Romney’s record head on.

”Actually a vote for me is a vote for me. A vote for Mitt Romney may be a vote for Hillary Clinton, because the fact is I’ve got a far more conservative record than Mitt Romney ever dreamed of having,”Huckabee said.” Where people can come up with branding him a conservative is really, I think, tantamount to requiring an extraordinary amount of imagination.” February 2nd, 2008 9:49 AM Eastern Huckabee: A Vote for Romney may be a Vote for Hillary by Fin Gomez Tulsa, OK-

The Huckster does fine sticking his own foot in his mouth -

as he referes to Bush as having an “arrogant bunker mentality” - just like the LEFT - no clue on reality or terrorism. Perhaps he’ll team up with Rick Warren and join him in his next adventure to Iran and come back and tell us Iran is really our friend too.

Romney has more Christian family values that either Mcshame or the huckster.

Imho, the plan from the beginning was to split the social conservative vote.

“Supporting McCain is spitting on the victory last year that stopped his Amnesty Bill. Nominating McCain not only fails to honor that victory, it defiles it.

There is only one way to stop him and everyone knows it.

I see Fox is giving Huckabee free media. The dangers of a two man campaign must have become scary to them.”

You are exactly right! I have seen the same articles over and over with just different MSM sorces listed. The free air time for McCain and Huckabee is obvious. Then when Romney has to pay for his, there comes an article about how BAD it is that Romney puts his own money into his campaign. Meanwhile I keep getting requests for Huckabee from Hunter since I was with Hunter in the beginning before Fred.

Perhaps the game plan is a McCain/Huckleberry ticket. He’s getting funding from somewhere. And of course that ticket is a guaranteed sure fire loser in the general — since the pair of them have done pretty much everything they can to pi$$ off every true conservative in the USA.

I thoroughly detest Huckabee as well. There is nothing Christian-like about him. He has truly sold his soul to the highest bidder.

No where else would anyone ever expect a candidate that has a chance to win throw in the towel so his opponent “can have his votes”. Do you believe he tells himself every morning “I’m the worst of the bunch and am not good for America”? Of course not. He believes he can win and be a good candidate. I think Romney would be much worse but you know what? He has a right to be there. Do I wish he would drop out or get beat? Well, yeah. Do I expect him to quit, just so Huckabee can win? Not hardly.

They are giving him free press because when the smoke clears on Super Tuesday he will have to withdraw from the race. And when he does he will support McCain. McCain is who Fox News supports and free time to the Huckster lets FNC support McCain through him.

Nah, its because he really knows that a vote for Huckabee is a vote for McCain, and a vote for McCain is a vote for Hillary, which means a vote for Huckabee is a vote for Hillary.

Transitive property and all...

“Romney has more Christian family values that either Mcshame or the huckster.”

THAT, my friend is a FACT!

Imagine a MORMON, who is not a Christian has MORE BIBLICAL PRINCPLES that those claiming to be “Christians” like Mc Shamnesty and the Huckster. Oh, how eaily people are fooled and charmed BY CHOICE.

The Huckster attacks mainly Mitt and no significant stabs at McCain. The Huckster is either overcome by religious bigotry or he and McCain have a deal going. The Huckster with his nasty lies, ignorance of foreign affairs, and silly comments gives a bad name to Christians. Now there is the issues of the many gifts he accepted while governor. The media supports him in order to hurt Mitt and help McCain.

Yup!

Rick Warren is a PHONY.

I’m surprised Rick Warren isn’t parading around with the Obomination as he did earlier.

YES!

When it comes to two liberals, Mc Samnesty and Hillary who will be the Demoncrat nominee, or even if it is the Obomination, the one with more freebies will win and the Demoncrats will control the WH! The media is setting up the GOP for a loss and the sheeple don’t get it.

I have a problem with the Romney's a liberal crap.  Romney accomplishes what his constituents demand.  Yeah, Massachusetts is about as liberal as it gets, but it doesn't make Mitt Romney a liberal.  He ran for governor saying "Hey, I'll manage to find a way to accomplish what you want.  I'm a doer not an ideologue. You want healthcare?  I'll find a way."

Today he's saying the same thing to Republicans.  "You want to throw illegal immigrants out?  I'll find a way.  You want to throw out Roe v. Wade?  I'll find a way.  You want to lower taxes?  I'll find a way."

That is not flip flopping, it's keeping perfectly inline with his strong point.  Accomplishments! Bringing disparate people together and finding a solution where everyone wins.  It's the fundamental rule of business.

Huckabee has spent his entire time bashing Romney and not McCain, yet we are supposed to believe that he’s not McCain’s stalking horse?
