Judges: 'Gay' Exposure OK for Kindergartners

In a case that could wind up in the U.S. Supreme Court, an appeals panel upheld dismissal of a lawsuit by Massachusetts parents seeking to prevent discussion of homosexual families in their children's elementary school classrooms.

The 1st U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals yesterday agreed with a judge's decision last year that a school can expose children to contrary ideas without violating their parents' rights to exercise religious beliefs.

Lynch reasoned that schools must accept the Massachusetts high court's groundbreaking 2003 decision ruling "that the state constitution mandates the recognition of same-sex marriage."

They aren’t kidding- they are deadly serious. So we, also, must be.

This isn’t about “rights”. They can leave their estates to whomever they choose; insurance companies want some of the considerable wealth of the gay community and are more than happy to include their “partners” in their coverage- no government regs are needed, here.

What this IS, is an attack on the normal and morality. They WANT to force Catholic and Christian churches to perform their “marriages” and they want to rub our noses in their “victory”. Just watch the VERY high profile lawsuits that happen when they get the laws they want.

Worst of all, they want access to our kids. They want to normalize their perversions and recruit without interference from parents.

Conservatives have been beaten back. We have been told that our resistance is “hate speech” and that we have no right to pass judgement. Our attempts to have school vouchers in order to remove our kids from left wing indoctrination was defeated at the hands of the very president who promised them TO us if we would just vote for him.

We try; we are lied to; and when we are disappointed, we allow our issues to fade away without argument. I wonder at what point we will finally carry our demands to fruition and DEMAND that the legislators, that WORK FOR US, finally WORK FOR US?

Will somebody search to find out if this judge was appointed by Governor Romney... Even if he was not, Romney’s actions created the conditions for this to occur.

This isn't just a religious issue. Most normal secular parents would balk at this.

As a single father, I put all 4 of my kids thru private schools and it was the best thing I ever did for them.

It’s not like this was a bill that he signed into law. They changed the state constitution. I remember when it happened. He was instrumental in getting a reversal initiative on the ballot, which failed. Or something like that. But he was definitely opposed to it.

In what administration do you think the precedent got its start? Romney signed into law the bill authorizing gay “marriage” in Massachusetts... which is what the judge based his decision on.

Parents who love their children need to get them out of the government schools NOW! Whatever it takes, whatever personal sacrifices must be made - - do it NOW!

Amen!

What’s this? I just posted to this thread and got “thank you for your contribution, your comment has been submitted for review” or words to that effect. Never saw such a message before and I’ve made over a thousand posts. Anybody know why it happened?

“Well, if nothing else, doesn’t this set it up for a run at the SC to get a final answer on it?”

Only if the SC decides to hear the case. Now HOW many jurists are going to come up for retirement in the next presidential term... three, four? And who do we have for choices on the GOP and Demoncrat ticket? Uh-huh.

“...a decision that is designed to make everybody happy...”

Everybody? Besides the queers and liberal elites, who could possibly rejoice over this abomination?

It is peculiar how gay militants made so much “progress” in Romney’s own state under his own governorship.

“that the state constitution mandates the recognition of same-sex marriage.”

that’s good. Then by that same reasoning,WE have freedom of speech, freedom of religion anywhere/anytime,etc

drop the good judge a line to remind her.

That’s what happens when homosexual relationships are legitmized. If I lived in Massachusetts, I’d have to homeschool my children or send them to a private, Catholic school.
