Will somebody search to find out if this judge was appointed by Governor Romney... Even if he was not, Romney’s actions created the conditions for this to occur.

I checked on both of the slime ball judges in this case. Both were appointed in 1995 or 96.

One of them isn’t even an American, native born South African!
