MOSCOW (AP) - A senior Russian diplomat said Monday that Moscow has prepared an action plan that envisages close coordination with Serbia should the West recognize any Kosovo declaration of independence. Alexander Botsan-Kharchenko, the Russian Foreign Ministry's special envoy to the Balkans, said Moscow is encouraging more talks between the Serbs and the province's
ethnic Albanian majority. He said, however, that chances for such talks are rapidly decreasing, with Kosovo's leaders expected to declare independence soon. Botsan-Kharchenko said at a meeting with Russian lawmakers that the ministry had worked out a plan of action if Kosovo declares independence, and the United States and the European Union members recognize it. He wouldn't give details but said the plan «envisages a close coordination of action with Belgrade. Kosovo's ethnic Albanian leaders had been expected to declare independence in February or March. Kosovo's independence is supported by the United States and most European Union members, including Britain and France. Serbia and its ally Russia strongly oppose independence for the province. Kosovo, though legally part of Serbia, has been under U.N. and NATO control since a NATO bombing campaign in 1999 ended a Serb crackdown on separatist ethnic Albanians.

Homes of Two Kosovo Croats Demolished
On the same day Amnesty International published its damning report about the impunity with which Albanian Muslims commit the most grievous crimes, conducting systematic ethnic cleansing of all non-Albanians from the Serbian province of Kosovo-Metohija, representative of Croat community in Kosovo town Janjevo Nikola Brkic informed media the homes of two Kosovo Croats, Luka Jozic and Roka Cibarlic, in the Sisarka village near Janjevo, have been demolished.
“Eleven Croat families used to live in Sisarka but all have left their homes and moved to Janjevo or out of Kosovo-Metohija province,” Croat representative said. Former residents visit their abandoned homes from time to time, he added, noting that they sought police help after earlier similar incidents but to no avail.
Sisarka village was multi-ethnic before the Albanian KLA begun its terror campaign in 1998, but it is now, under NATO/UNMIK rule, turned into an entirely mono-ethnic place, inhabited only by Albanians.
Nearby town of Janjevo, one of earlier Kosovo-Metohija towns with majority of the Roman Catholic Croats, has been crumbling down for the past eight years of the Albanian KLA rule, like all the other non-Albanian communities in the same time period. Out of some 4,000 Croat Janjevo residents before the NATO/KLA takeover, the Croat community has dwindled down to less than 320 residents today..

The term "ethnic cleansing" is derived from Albanian term "ethnically clean" (i.e. free of Serbs, Roma and Jews).
That is what US and EU support in Kosovo today.

Ok, I’ll play. And I’m no Serb (French, German, and Irish, thank you). I hope Russia puts troops into both Serbia and Kosovo along with the Serbian army going back into what is, after all the ancient seat of Serbia. Not that there are any of their monasteries left, as the Kosovo Albanian ethnic cleansers have destroyed most of them and have tried to kill all of the Serbians off. Then see if the U.S. would dare to bomb Serbia again. Or go into Kosovo. I’m on the Serbia/Russia side, and against the fascist Kosovo/Albanian side. These people believe because they breed like rabbits that they are then entitled to the land they bred in, namely Kosovo. Well, my friends (to use a little John McInsane lingo), the same will happen, if McInsane has his way), in Texas, CA, NM, Arizona, and most of the southwest, when the illegal hispanics breed their way into the majority and claim these states as part of the new Atzlan.
