And take the GOP with him......
I'll write in John Galt before I vote for McCain. Rush is right.
Lets see how much money he has left. He spent most of it in Florida.
Such profound stupidity. Nothing is “over”. This is a race to 1100 delegates, and 3% victories won’t get to that number anytime soon, not when most of the states award delegates proportionally.
It ain’t over. Moderate Republican trying to demoralize the rest of us.
So far less than 200 delegates have been divvied up, you need over 1100 to get the nomination...
It ain’t over. This is a psyche-job. They are hoping we think it’s over. It’s the only way McCain can actually win.
I hope McCain does anger every Conservative, seriously, we need to become angry and shake ourselves out of this slumber we are in.
When Fred dropped out, that should have been a warning sign to us, we missed it, now we may see John McCain in the Oval Office and stepping on us as he goes in.
A nice two year stint with laughing boy should be just about enough for us to unify on some things.
I’m feeling sick already.
Isn’t the NYT holding a scandal story of McCain?
Wait until he has the power to anger every conservative in America, and feel good about it.
Every day, he dreams of a world filled with happy Democrats and insulted Republicans.
Ping.
Is he prissy?
He sure gives in without a fight.
Yes, he can go to Hell, but first.....McCain can drop dead.
He will not get my vote.
Haul out the whips and the broken glass! Try and put lipstick on THIS pig, why doncha'?
Never worry. I'll be right here on the sidelines jeering you on...
Sorry, but it ain’t over till it’s over and there are still a lot of delegates to be won. Anything can happen, McCain is pretty old, he could buy the farm before the end or something else could come out about him or he could slip up and show his true colors. I’m not giving up yet, also remember Who is in charge of the big picture.
“McCain will have won the nomination while ignoring, insulting and, as of this weekend, shamelessly lying about conservatives and conservatism.”
He will have won the nomination mostly by winning primaries in blue states, and getting the democrat and “independent” voters to vote for him. Of course, they won’t vote for him in November, but they have done their damage to our party...and I haven’t even gotten to vote yet.
Hillary or Obama will be the next POTUS. Man, that sounds terrible.
As can we all. Doesn't change the fact that he's the most likely Republican nominee.
Some years ago, about four, I think. I posted a comment that described a observation that I had finally figured out, and now knew what it meant.
I saw the connection between what was reported on CNN and MSNBC and the gyrations within the Conservative movement. I thought at the time that the MSM was beginning to learn how to manipulate conservatives.
Well........I was right. The MSM is making and crowning McCain and there is little or no opposition to it, other that Rush and a few brilliant but not quoted writers. I feel that over the past four years, that even those successful and brilliant conservatives have at time fallen for the bait that the MSM eagerly provided, like the Ports fiasco and others.
Each one of these events split the movement further and isolated it from the balance of the republican party and we see the results today.
Can't fix it.......not now.
But we must try anyway. We have too much to lose.
Well, I'll say one thing for Michael Graham, he's got good taste in whiskey.
we have to stop thinking that this McCain stuff is just the voters voting.....I don't believe it for a second...
its been orchestrated....
which is why perhaps Fred and Rudy did not have robust attitudes..they knew the fix was in from the beginning....
I guess we can be respectful of Romney and Paul for at least trying to stick it to the GOP elitist...
