I see one huge difference. McCain will press forward on the global war against terrorism. Hillary will surrender to the enemy.

I am getting pretty cynical. I am tired of our troops sacrificing for a country that does not appreciate it.

Lets face it, most of the people of this country are more concerned about what features their next cell phone will have or what Britney is doing more than what is going on and what the troops are doing. And they, and their sacrifices, are primarily being used as political fodder by the other party.

The country wants to go back to September 10 so badly, I am tired of arguing against it. We can try again when the people of the country are actually motivated to defend themselves.

It is frustrating, but nevertheless, our troops have done an outstanding job in protecting our nation, and millions of Americans still give them the loyalty, honor and respect that they deserve. I believe that our military forces are the reason that the world hasn't totally gone to blazes and we have not suffered another 9/11-like attack on U.S. soil.

Hillary Clinton would devastate the morale of our armed forces and weaken our sovereignty. It would be outrageous to allow her to be elected, and an insult to our soldiers and their families who have sacrificed so much over the last several years. We can't afford "protest votes" because the GOP candidate, whoever it is, is imperfect on other issues.

So true! I was watching Fox & Friends the other day when Montel Williams was a guest promoting his new book. Say what you will about him...he blew a gasket when the ‘anchors’ wanted only to discuss, yet again, the death of Heath. He refused and arguing, he gave them the number of soldiers who had died the same day in Iraq...then asked them if they could name just one of them!! When they argued back with him, he must have walked off the set during commercial because he did not return as planned for the next segment! His book never got promoted, but he really put them in their place.
